هدفت الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع برامج قناة بسمة في تعزيز القيم الأخلاقية لدى الأطفال من وجهة نظر أولياء الأمور، والكشفِ عن أبرز معوّقات برامج قناة بسمة في تعزيز القيم الأخلاقية لدى الأطفال من وجهة نظر أولياء الأمور، وقد تمثّلت مشكلة الدراسة في الاسئلة الآتية: ما واقع برامج قناة بسمة في تعزيز القيم الأخلاقية لدى الأطفال من وجهة نظر أولياء الأمور؟ وما معوقات برامج قناة بسمة في تعزيز القيم الأخلاقية لدى الأطفال من وجهة نظر أولياء الأمور؟ وما سبل تعزيز القيم الأخلاقية لدى قناة بسمة من وجهة نظر أولياء الأمور؟ 
واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمتْ أداةَ الاستبيان لجمع البيانات.
وتكوّنت عينة الدراسة من (387) من أولياء الأمور المشتركين في قناة بسمة، وتوصّلت الدراسة إلى أبرز النتائج:
درجةُ موافقةِ عينة الدراسة على عبارةٍ تستمد برامج قناة بسمة موضوعاتها من قيم المجتمع المسلم وثقافته الإسلامية عاليةٌ جدًّا، حيث جاءت استجابتهم موافقةً بمتوسطٍ حسابيٍّ (3.55).
(قيمة التسامح) جاءت في مقدّمة القيم الأخلاقية المعزّزة لدى الأطفال والتي تقدَّمها برامج قناة بسمة من وجهة نظر أولياء الأمور (عينة الدراسة) بمتوسطٍ حسابيٍّ (3.50).
درجةُ موافقة عينة الدراسة على المعوقات التي تواجه برامج قناة بسمة في تعزيز القيم الأخلاقية لدى الأطفال محايدةٌ بمتوسط حسابي عام (3.05).
وعلى ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم صياغة مجموعة من التوصيات منها:
الاستعانة بخبراء التربية والتعليم في مراجعة المضمون المقدّم بالبرامج قبل بثّه للأطفال.
مراجعة البرامج الأجنبية المستوردة؛ للتأكّد من خلوّها ممّا يتنافى مع طبيعة المجتمع الإسلامي.

Abstract
Study title: The Role of Bassmah Channel Programs in Boosting Moral Values in Children from The Perspective of Parents.

The study aims to: identify the reality of the role of Basma channel programs in Strengthen moral values ​​for children from the point of view of parents، and to know the obstacles of Basma channel programs in Strengthen moral values ​​among children from the point of view of parents، The problem of the study was represented in the following questions: What is the reality of the role of Basma TV programs in Strengthen moral values ​​among children from the point of view of parents? What are the obstacles to Basma TV's programs in Strengthen moral values ​​among children from the parents' point of view? And what are the proposed solutions towards Basma channel programs from the parents’ point of view to enhance moral values ​​in children? The study reached a number of results، the most important of which are:
1- The degree of approval of the study sample on the phrase “Basma TV programs derive their topics from the values ​​of the Muslim community and its Islamic culture” is very high، as their response came in agreement with an arithmetic mean of 3.55.
2- (The value of tolerance) came at the forefront of the enhanced moral values ​​for children، which are provided by Basma TV programs from the point of view of parents (the study sample)، with an average of 3.50.
3- The degree of agreement of the study sample on the obstacles facing Basma TV programs in Strengthen neutral moral values ​​among children، with a general mean of (3.05).
4- The degree of agreement of the study sample with the proposed solutions of the Basma channel to enhance moral values ​​among children is medium، as their response was neutral with a general mean of (3.32).
In light of the results of the study، a set of recommendations were formulated، including:
1- Seeking the assistance of education experts to review the content presented in the programs before broadcasting it to children.
2- review of imported foreign programs; To ensure that it is free from what is inconsistent with the nature of the Islamic society
The necessity of paying attention to the dates and times of broadcasting programs in a manner that suits the category of children.
Pay attention to the channel's official page on social media; To note the program dates periodically.
