هدف البحث الحالي الي التعرف على فاعلية برنامج قائم على أدوات الجيل الثاني لتنمية الوعى بالمشكلات البيئية ومهارات اتخاذ القرار لدى طلاب شعبة الجغرافيا بكلية التربية وتكونت عينة البحث من (30) من طلاب الفرقة الرابعة كلية التربية، للعام الجامعي 2020/2021م، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في اختبار الوعي بالمشكلات البيئية ومقياس اتخاذ القرار، وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة)0.05) بين متوسطي درجات طلاب عينة البحث في التطبيقين القبلي / البعدي لاختبار المشكلات البيئية لصالح التطبيق  البعدي.  ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات طلاب عينة البحث في التطبيقين القبلي / البعدي لاختبار مهارات اتخاذ القرار لصالح التطبيق البعدي.

Abstract
The aim of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of a program based on second generation tools to develop awareness of environmental problems and decision-making skills among students of the Geography Division at the College of Education. The test of awareness of environmental problems and the decision-making scale, and the results revealed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of the research sample students in the two applications, before / after, to test environmental problems in favor of the post application. And there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the mean scores of the research sample students in the two applications, pre/post, to test decision-making skills in favor of the post application.
