التعليم الجامعى فى مصر : مقتضيات الرقمنة واقتصاديات المعرفة

هدف البحث إلى التعرف علي مقتضيات الرقمنة واقتصاديات المعرفة بالتعليم الجامعى فى مصر ، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث ، قامت الباحثة بتصميم استبانة بآليات رقمنة التعليم الجامعي في ضوء اقتصاد المعرفة باستخدام أسلوب دلفاي للدراسات المستقبلية بجولاته المتعددة من خلال معرفة رأي الخبراء والمتخصصين في مجال التربية والتعليم بمصر؛ لذلك سارت خطوات العمل في الدراسة في ثلاث جولات متتابعة ؛ الأولى طبقت على عينة من الخبراء مكونة من (35) خبيراً ، والثانية طبقت على عينة من الخبراء مكونة من (30) خبيراً ، والثالثة طبقت على عينة من الخبراء مكونة من (26) خبيراً ؛ حيث كانت كل جولة بمثابة تغذية راجعة للجولة السابقة، واعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والدراسات المستقبلية كأسلوب استشرافي، وأدواته البحثية الملائمة ، وقد توصل البحث إلى وضع تصور بمقتضيات الرقمنة واقتصاديات المعرفة بالتعليم الجامعى فى مصر.   
Abstract
The aim of the research is to identify the requirements of digitization and the economics of knowledge in university education in Egypt. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher designed a questionnaire on the mechanisms of digitizing university education in the light of the knowledge economy The research used the Delphi method for future studies with its multiple tours through knowing the opinion of experts and specialists in the field of education in Egypt; So the work steps in the study proceeded in three successive rounds; The first was applied to a sample of experts consisting of (35) experts. The second was applied to a sample of experts consisting of (30) experts, and the third was applied to a sample of experts consisting of (26) experts. Where each round was a feedback to the previous round, it relied on the descriptive analytical approach and future studies as a forward-looking method, and its appropriate research tools. The research reached a vision of the requirements of digitization and the economics of knowledge in university education in Egypt.
