دور معلمات التربية الإسلامية في تنمية قيمة الصدق لدى طالبات المرحلة الابتدائية

ملخص الدراسة:
استهدفت هذه الدراسة الكشف عن: دور معلمات التربية الإسلامية في تنمية قيمة الصدق لدى طالبات المرحلة الابتدائية، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، من خلال استبانة تم تطبيقها على (194) معلمةً؛ أي بنسبة (28،95%) من المجتمع الأصلي للدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة لنتائج عدة، أهمها: أكثر الممارسات والأساليب التي تتبعها المعلمات في تنمية قيمة الصدق تتمثل في الثناء على الطالبة الصادقة أمام الطالبات، وتنبيه الطالبات إلى عقوبة الكذب في التعامل مع الناس. تواجه معلمات التربية الإسلامية معوقات عدة، تحدّ من دورهن، وأن أكثر هذه المعوقات يتمثل في التأثير السلبي لوسائل الاعلام ذات الفكر المنحرف. وتوافق معلمات التربية الإسلامية بدرجةٍ كبيرةٍ على سبل تفعيل أدوارهن، وأن أكثر هذه السبل أهميةً يتمثل في الحرص على توجيه الطالبات إلى امتثال أمر الله، ووعي المعلمة بدورها في تنمية قيمة الصدق. وعلى ضوء النتائج التي أسفرت عنها الدراسة، قدمت الباحثة عدة توصيات، أهمها: حرص المعلمات على القيام بوظائف التربية الإسلامية على أكمل وجه، وذلك بعمل البرامج والدروس التي تنمي قيمة الصدق وتحارب الكذب، تفعيل أسلوب الترغيب في الثواب والترهيب من العقاب من قبل المعلمات، مع مراعاة الفئة العمرية المخاطبة.

Abstract:
This study targeted exploring the role of the Islamic Education Teachers in developing the truth value for the primary stage of Education female students. To accomplish this goal, the study employed the descriptive surveying approach by means of a questionnaire which was applied on 194 female teachers, that is; by 28.95% of the aboriginal subjects of the study. Moreover, the study reached definite conclusions , the foremost of which are : the most dominant practices and techniques adopted by the female teachers in furbishing the truth value are represented in lauding the sincere student before  the female students and riveting the attention of the female students to the lying punishment in dealing with people . In the same vein, the Islamic education female teachers are faced with many obstacles which restrict their role, the most obstructing of which is the adverse impact of the media of aberrant thoughts. Such being the case, the female Islamic Teachers agree to a large extent on the ways of effectuating their roles given that the most overarching means is typified in developing the truth value.  On the light  of the findings which resulted in this study , the female researcher submitted some recommendations , the domineering of which are : the female teachers keenness on doing the Islamic Education Jobs perfectly by means of the programs and lessons which reinforce the truth value and combat Lying in addition to activating the coaxing technique in terms of retribution and Intimidation of punishment by the female teachers considering the addressed age categories.
