دور تطبيق السياسات الإدارية في تنمية مهارات التمكين الإداري لمديرات المدارس الثانوية بمدينة أبها الحضرية

هدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور تطبيق السياسات الإدارية في تنمية مهارات التمكين الإداري لمديرات المدارس الثانوية بمدينة أبها الحضرية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (66) مديرة مدرسة ثانوية في مدينة أبها الحضرية، طبقت عليهن استبانة لجمع المعلومات، وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن المتوسط العام لمحور واقع تطبيق مديرات المدارس الثانوية في مدينة أبها الحضرية للسياسات الإدارية المتضمنة في برنامج تنمية القدرات البشرية لولي العهد، هو (4.13)، أي أنه أتى بدرجة مرتفعة، وأن درجة ممارسة مديرات المدارس الثانوية في مدينة أبها الحضرية لمهارات التمكين الإداري جاءت بشكل عام مرتفعة جدًا بمتوسط حسابي (4,65)، بينما جاء بالترتيب الأول مهارات التأثير وحفز العاملين، وفي الترتيب الثاني مهارات القوة والالتزام، وفي الترتيب الثالث مهارات تحديد الأهداف، وبالمرتبة الأخيرة مهارات القيادة، كما توصلت النتائج إلى وجود ارتباط ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.01) أو (0.05) بين تطبيق السياسات الإدارية في تنمية مهارات التمكين الإداري لمديرات المدارس الثانوية بمدينة أبها الحضرية، أي أن تطبيق السياسات الإدارية المتضمنة في برنامج تنمية القدرات البشرية لولي العهد، يساعد بشكل إيجابي على تنمية مهارات التمكين الإداري لدى مديرات المدارس الثانوية بمدينة أبها الحضرية.

Abstract
The aim of the research is to identify the role of applying administrative policies in developing administrative empowerment skills for secondary school principals in the metropolitan city of Abha. Use the descriptive approach. The research sample consisted of (66) secondary school principals in the metropolitan city of Abha. A questionnaire was applied to them to collect information. The results concluded: that the general average of the axis of the reality of secondary school principals in the urban city of Abha applying the administrative policies included in the Crown Prince's Human Capacity Development Program is (4.13), meaning that it came to a high degree. And that the degree of practice of administrative empowerment skills by secondary school principals in the urban city of Abha was generally very high, with an arithmetic average of (4.65), while in the first order came the skills of influence and motivating workers, and in the second order were strength and commitment skills, and in the third place were the skills of setting goals, and in the third place Recent driving skills. The results also found a statistically significant correlation at the significance level (0.01) or (0.05) between the application of administrative policies in developing administrative empowerment skills for secondary school principals in the urban city of Abha, meaning that the application of administrative policies included in the Crown Prince’s human capacity development program helps Positively on developing the administrative empowerment skills of secondary school principals in the metropolitan city of Abha.
