معوقات تحول جامعة المنصورة إلى جامعة ريادية، وسبل التغلب عليها دراسة ميدانية

هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على معوقات تحول جامعة المنصورة إلى جامعة ريادية وسبل التغلب عليها، وتحقيقاً لأهداف البحث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لتحقيق أهداف البحث تم تطبيقها على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ببعض كليات جامعة المنصورة، وقد بلغ حجم عينة البحث (155) عضو هيئة تدريس، وتوصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمهما ما يلي: ضعف الثقافة الريادية لدى العاملين بالجامعة، تدني مشاركة المجتمع ومؤسساته في رسم رؤية الجامعة ورسالتها، وجمود بعض اللوائح والتشريعات بما يحول دون تحقيق التطوير بالجامعة، ومنها أيضاً ضعف البنية التحتية التكنولوجية اللازمة لإقامة المشروعات الريادية بالجامعة، وتوصل البحث لعدد من السبل للتغلب على هذه المعوقات، منها: ضرورة إعداد برامج تثقيفية للباحثين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والعاملين بالجامعة حول الجامعة الريادية ومتطلباتها، وتوظيف الموارد المادية بشكل فعال لتحسين إمكانات المعامل البحثية ولا سيما لأعضاء هيئة التدريس من داخل الجامعة، ودعم البحث العلمي والمشروعات البحثية.
Abstract:
The aim of the current research is to identify the obstacles to transforming MansouraUniversity into entrepreneurial university and ways to overcome them, To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to achieve the objectives of the research. It was applied to a sample of faculty members in some faculties of MansouraUniversity. The size of the research sample amounted to 155 faculty members, and the research reached a number of results, the most important of which are the following: Weak entrepreneurial culture among university employees, low participation of society and its institutions in drawing the university’s vision and mission, The stagnation of some regulations and legislations that prevents the achievement of development in the university, including the weakness of the technological infrastructure necessary for the establishment of pioneering projects at the university. The research found a number of ways to overcome these obstacles, including: The need to prepare educational programs for researchers, faculty and university employees about the pioneering university and its requirements, and to employ material resources effectively to improve the capabilities of research laboratories, especially for faculty members from within the university, and to support scientific research and research projects.
