واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في مدارس التعليم العام من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة الطائف

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرّف على واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في مدارس التعليم العام  من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة الطائف،  والكشف عن دلالة الفروق الإحصائية في درجات استجابات عينة البحث في ابعاد واقع تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية التي تُعزى للمؤهل العلمي، التخصص العلمي، سنوات الخبرة ، من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة الطائف  وتكوّنت عينة الدراسة من(996) معلمًا من معلمي التعليم العام الثانوي والبالغ عددهم(3396)معلمًا بنسبة(32,29%) من المجتمع الأصلي؛ واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث استخدمت استبانة مكونة من (30) فقرة تقيس واقع تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية من خلال الابعاد  التالية(المهارات الإلكترونية؛ البنية التحتية والتجهيزات التقنية ؛ الثقافة الإلكترونية)، وتم التأكد من صدقها، وثباتها بالتطبيق على العينة الاستطلاعية. وأسفرت النتائج ، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى: أن درجة أبعاد واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية لدى قادة مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة الطائف من وجهة نظر معلمي التعليم الثانوي بمحافظة الطائف جاء بدرجة ممارسة كبيرة جداً بمتوسطات حسابية على الترتيب(96,3 ؛98,3؛99,3) من (5)  وتبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي دلالة ( 05,0) لدرجة تطبيق قادة المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة الطائف لأبعاد الإدارة الإلكترونية (المهارات الإلكترونية؛ البنية التحتية والتجهيزات التقنية ؛ الثقافة الإلكترونية) تعزي لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي، والتخصص العلمي، بينما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي الدلالة (05,0) بين متوسطات استجابات المعلمين حول استجاباتهم لأبعاد الإدارة الإلكترونية  لدى قادة المدارس تعزى لاختلاف سنوات الخدمة لصالح فئة سنوات الخدمة من(5-10 سنوات)، ومن ابرز التوصيات اعداد برنامج تدريبي يعرف المديرين بكيفية الاطلاع على كل جديد في مجال تطبيقات الإدارة الإلكترونية في مدارسهم.

Abstract
The aim of the study to identify the reality of the application of electronic management in public education schools from the point of view of secondary school teachers in Taif Governorate, and to reveal the significance of statistical differences in degrees that responded to the research sample in the dimension The point of view of high school teachers in Taif Governorate, and the study sample consisted of (996) teachers of secondary public education, who numbered (3396) teachers of (32.29%) of the original community; The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach, as a questionnaire consisting of (30) paragraphs measured the reality of the application of electronic management through the following dimensions (electronic skills; infrastructure and technical equipment; electronic culture), and it was confirmed by its sincerity, and its stability by applying to the sample Outlife. The results resulted, and the results of the research reached: that the degree of the dimensions of the application of electronic management among the leaders of public education schools in Taif Governorate from the point of view of secondary education teachers in Taif Governorate came with a very large degree From (5) It was found that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (05,0) to the point of practicing secondary school leaders in Taif Governorate for the dimensions of electronic management (electronic skills; infrastructure and technical equipment; electronic culture) attributes to the variables of the scientific qualification, scientific specialization, While the results showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (05,0) between the average of teachers ’responses about their responses to the dimensions of electronic management among school leaders attributed to the different years of service in favor of the service years of service from (5-10 years) and training courses, and one of the most prominent recommendations is preparation A training program defines managers how to see everything new in the field of electronic management applications in their schools.
