ممارسات المعلمين بمدارس محافظة الأحساء لأدوات التعلم الرقمي في التدريس من وجهة نظرهم وفق معايير محددة

ملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى الکشف عن ممارسات أدوات التعلم الرقمي في التدريس لمعلمي مدارس محافظة الأحساءمن وجهة نظرهم وفق معايير محددة. ولتحديد الغرض من الدراسة تم استخدام أفضل خمس أدوات تقنيات التعليم الرقمية لعام الدراسي (1443(2021/؛ التي بنيت بالرجوع إلى موقع الاستفساء السنوي لأدوات التعلم الرقمي (toptools4learning). وتکونتعينة الدراسة من (1752) معلم ومعلمةمن مدارس محافظة الأحساء تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. وتم جمع بيانات الدراسة من خلال استبيان لأفضل خمس تقنياتتعلم رقمية في التدريس الذي أعده الباحث. أشارت النتائج إلى درجة الاستخدام والتوافق لمعلمي مدارس محافظة الأحساء لأفضل خمس أدوات تعلم رقمية في البيئة الإلکترونية في التدريس والتي جاءت بدرحة عالية.کما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05)في الاستخدام والتوافق لمعلمي مدارس محافظة الأحساء لأفضل خمس أدوات تعلم رقمية في البيئة الإلکترونية في التدريس تعزى للمتغيرات (الجنس، الخبرة التدريسية، قطاع التعليم). وأشارت النتائج إلى مستوى استخدام مرتفع على مستوى مختلف عن الاستفتاء السنوي حيث جاءت برامج العروض التقديمية في المرتبة الأولى وفي المرتبة الثانية مايکروسوفت تيمز ثم محرک بحث قوقل في المرتبة الثالثة وفي المرتبة الرابعة تقنية اليوتيوب وفي المرتبة الخامسة والأخيرة منصة زوم.

Abstract:
The study aimed to reveal the practices of digital learning tools in teaching for teachers in Al-Ahsa Governorate schools from their point of view according to specific criteria. To determine the purpose of the study, the best five digital education technology tools were used for the academic year (1443/2021); which built with reference to the annual survey website (toptools4learning).  The study sample consisted of (1752) male and female teachers from Al-Ahsa Governorate schools, who were randomly selected.  The study data was collected through a questionnaire of the best five digital learning technologies in teaching prepared by the researcher. The results indicated the degree of use and compatibility for teachers of Al-Ahsa Governorate schools for the best five digital learning tools in the electronic educational environment in teaching, which came to a high degree. The study also found that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) in the use and compatibility for teachers in Al-Ahsa Governorate schools for the best five digital learning tools in the electronic educational environment in teaching due to the variables (gender, teaching experience, education sector). The results indicate a high level of use at a different level from the annual statistics, where presentation programs ranked first, Microsoft Teams ranked second, Google search engine ranked third, YouTube technology ranked fourth, and the Zoom platform ranked fifth and last.
