سعى البحث الحالي إلى تنمية مهارات الکفاءة التواصلية لدى دارسي اللغة العربية الناطقين بغيرها في المستوى المتقدم، ومن أجل ذلک قام الباحث بإعداد برنامج قائم على الوظائف اللغوية، کما تم إعداد دليل معلم لتدريس البرنامج، واختبار لقياس مهارات الکفاءة التواصلية لدى دارسي اللغة العربية الناطقين بغيرها، ولقد بلغت عينة البحث عدد (34) دارسًا بمعهد اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها التابع للأزهر الشريف، وبعد القيام بالمعالجات الإحصائية؛ توصل الباحث إلى وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية لصالح التطبيق البعد لاختبار مهارات الکفاءة التواصلية، کما توصل الباحث إلى أنَّ البرنامج القائم على الوظائف اللغوية يتسم بفعالية نسبتها 80%.
Abstract:                             
The current research sought to develop the communicative competency skills of non-native speakers of Arabic at the advanced level. For this purpose, the researcher prepared a program based on linguistic functions. A teacher’s guide was also prepared for teaching the program, and a test to measure the communicative competence skills of non-native speakers of Arabic. The sample of the research reached the number of (34) students at the Institute of Arabic Language for Speakers of Other Languages ​​affiliated with Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, and after carrying out the statistical treatments; The researcher concluded that there is a statistically significant difference in favor of the dimensional application to test the communicative competence skills, and the researcher also concluded that the program based on language functions is characterized by an effective rate of 80%.
