فمتطلبات تمهين التدريب التربوي لدى مشرفيه بالمملکة العربية السعودية مدخل لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية

هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لمتطلبات تمهين التدريب التربوي لدى مشرفيه ليصبح مدخلاً لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية، والوقوف على معايير تمهين التدريب لدى مشرفيه ليصبح مدخلاً لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية، وتحديد متطلبات الحصول على الرخصة المهنية وتجديدها، والکشف عن معوقات تمهين التدريب لدى مشرفيه. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأعد (استبانة) تکونت من (61) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور: المعايير (المقترحة) لتمهين التدريب التربوي لدى مشرفيه ليصبح مدخلاً لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية، والمتطلبات (المقترحة) للحصول على الرخصة المهنية وتجديدها، ومعوقات تمهين التدريب التربوي لدى مشرفيه. وتکونت عينة الدراسة من مشرفي ومشرفات التدريب التربوي، وعددهم (304)، وتوصلت إلى النتائج التالية:

§      جاءت درجة موافقة أفراد الدراسة على محاور الدراسة، بدرجة (موافق تماماً)، الا المحور الثاني بدرجة (موافق).
§      جاءت أبعاد المحور الأول مرتبة تنازلياً: المعايير المهنية الإدارية، المعايير المهنية الأساسية، مبادئ الاتصال، إدارة العملية التدريبية، تقويم التدريب".
§      قدمت الدراسة تصوراً مقترحاً لمتطلبات تمهين التدريب التربوي لدى مشرفيه ليصبح مدخلاً لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية.
§      تم اقتراح بعض البحوث والدراسات، مثل: علاقة تمهين التدريب بتحسين الجودة والکفاءة المهنية للمدربين في المملکة العربية السعودية.

Abstract
The study aims to present a proposal for professionalization of educational training among its supervisors, and to identify its criteria in order to become an entry for achieving the competitive advantage, identifying the requirements for obtaining and renewing the professional license, and revealing the obstacles to professionalization of training facing its supervisors.
The researcher used the descriptive approach, and prepared a (questionnaire) consisting of (61) points distributed to three axes: proposed standards for professionalization of educational training among its supervisors to become an entry to achieve competitive advantage, proposed requirements for obtaining and renewing the professional license, and obstacles of professionalization of educational training among its supervisors. 
The study population consisted of 304 male and female supervisors of educational training.
The study reached the following results:
-   The study population agreed on all the axes of the study with (completely agree), except for the second axis with (agree).
-   The dimensions of the first axis came in descending order: administrative professional standards, basic professional standards, communication principles, training process management, and training evaluation.
-   The study presented a proposal of professionalization of educational training among its supervisors to become an entry for achieving the competitive advantage.
-   Some research and studies have been proposed; such as: the relationship between professionalization of educational training and improvement of professional quality and competence of trainers in Saudi Arabia.
