فعالية برنامج إنتقائي لتعديل إتجاهات معلمات التربية الخاصة نحو الأطفال ذوي إضطراب التوحد

هدف البحث الحالي إلى التحقق من فعالية برنامج انتقائي في تعديل إتجاهات المعلمات نحو الأطفال ذوي إضطراب التوحد في دولة الکويت، وقد تکونت عينة البحث من (24) معلمة تراوحت أعمارهم الزمنية بين (25- 45) سنة ، وقد تم إختيار العينة من مدرسة السلوک التوحدي التابعة لوزارة التربية بمحافظة حولي في دولة الکويت ، وقد تم تقسيم العينة بالتساوي إلى مجموعتين: تجريبية، وضابطة، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في مقياس إتجاهات معلمات التربية الخاصة نحو الاطفال ذوي إضطراب التوحد (إعداد الباحثة)، والبرنامج الإنتقائي لتعديل إتجاهات المعلمات نحو الأطفال ذوي إضطراب التوحد (إعداد الباحثة)، وقد توصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في القياس البعدي لمقياس إتجاهات معلمات التربية الخاصة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية ، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي على مقياس إتجاهات معلمات التربية الخاصة لصالح القياس البعدي، بينما توصلت نتائج البحث إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي على مقياس إتجاهات معلمات التربية الخاصة ، وقد أوصت الباحثة باستخدام البرنامج الإنتقائي المستخدم في البحث الحالية لتعديل إتجاهات معلمات التربية الخاصة نحو الأطفال ذوي إضطراب التوحد.

Abstract
The current research aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a selective program in modifying the attitudes of female teachers towards children with autism disorder in Kuwait. The research sample consisted of (24) female teachers whose ages ranged between (25-45) years. The study tools were represented in the scale of attitudes of special education teachers towards children with autism disorder (prepared by the researcher), and the selective program to modify teachers’ attitudes towards children with autism (Prepared by the researcher), and the results of the study concluded that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group in the post measurement of the scale of attitudes of special education teachers in favor of the experimental group, and there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre and post measurements on the scale Attitudes of special education teachers in favor of the post-measurement, while the results of the study concluded that there are no statistically significant differences between the mean ranks of the experimental group scores. The researcher recommended using the selective program used in the current study to modify the attitudes of special education teachers towards children with autism.
