متطلبات تدويل التعليم بکليات التربية مدخل لتحقيق الاحترافية المهنية للمعلم

الملخص:
هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على متطلبات تدويل التعليم بکلية التربية لتحقيق احترافية المعلم، ومعوقات التطبيق، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق الأهداف وتطوير استبانة مکونة من  (30)فقرة موزعة على(4)  مجالات، طبقت على عينة عشوائية بلغ عددها(274)من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بکليات التربية بالجامعات المصرية.
توصلت الدراسة إلى:

·         يحقق التدويل التقارب الثقافي بين الأمم، وتأصيل هوية الاحترافية المهنية للمعلم.
·         يتيح التدويل التعاون الدولي بين مؤسسات التعليم العالي وتعزيز حضورها الدولي، والتبادل الطلابى.
·         يوسع التدويل الرؤية العالمية من خلال اعادة التصور للمواطنة، وفهم ثقافات الشعوب الأخرى وقيمها بشکل أفضل، فبدلاً من حصر مواطنتهم في بلدهم أو منطقتهم أو إبراز النزعة الأنانية العرقية، فإنهم يعتبرون أنفسهم مواطنين عالميين ويدرکون مزايا التعاون مع الآخرين.
·         يحقق التدويل المشارکة في المعرفة، وضمان تدفقها عبر أحدث التقنيات المتاحة بين المجتمعات کأساس للتطور المعرفي لدى المعلم المحترف..
·         يؤدى التدويل إلى التوسع في الشبکات الإلکترونية التي تربط الأنشطة التعليمية والبحثية على المستوى الدولي.
·         يحقق التدويل تکوين تحالفات أکاديمية بين الجامعات ومراکز البحث العلمي، مما يتيح الاحتکاک بين المعلمين والعلماء البارزين والباحثين المميزين والخبراء الدوليين.
·         يساعد التدويل في تعلم مداخل جديدة لمجموعة من القضايا والمشکلات الأکاديمية والإدارية.

Abstract:
The study aim of the current research is to identify the requirements for the internationalization of education in the College of Education to achieve teacher professionalism, and the obstacles to the application, as the descriptive approach was used to achieve the goals and the development of a questionnaire consisting of (30) items distributed into (4) fields, applied to a random sample of (274) of Faculty members in the Faculties of Education in Egyptian universities.
The study found:
• Internationalization achieves cultural rapprochement between nations and the consolidation of national identity.
• Internationalization allows international cooperation between institutions of higher education and the strengthening of their international presence.
• Internationalization expands the global vision by re-envisioning citizenship, and a better understanding of other peoples' cultures and values. Instead of restricting their citizenship to their country or region or highlighting ethnic egoism, they consider themselves global citizens and realize the advantages of cooperating with others.
• Internationalization achieves sharing of knowledge and ensuring its flow through the latest technologies available between societies.
• Internationalization leads to the expansion of electronic networks that link educational and research activities at the international level.
• Internationalization achieves the formation of academic alliances between universities and scientific research centers, allowing contact with prominent scientists, distinguished researchers and international experts.
• Internationalization increases the mobility of faculty and students.
• Internationalization helps in learning new approaches to a range of academic and administrative issues and problems.
