تنمية الموارد الذاتية في الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة (تصور مقترح)

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى وضع تصور لاستثمار الإمکانات المادية والبشرية المتاحة لدى الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة في تعظيم مواردها المالية، حيث ترى الدراسة الحالية أن قدرات وإمکانات الجامعة الإسلامية غير مستثمرة بشکل جيد ومن الممکن استثمارها لتحقيق عوائد مالية تساعد في الإنفاق على العملية التعليمية بها دون المساس بفلسفة الجامعة وأهدافها الاستراتيجية ورسالتها الإسلامية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي في تحقيق أهدافها البحثية، وتم إعداد استبيان مکونة من (25) فقرة يبحث عن کيفية تنمية الموارد المالية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة على عينة عددها (150) فرد مقسمين إلى قسمين حسب نوع الکلية (109) فرد من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالکليات النظرية، و(41) فرد من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالکليات العملية، وکانت أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة هي ترشيد النفقات وفق الأولويات واستثمار الموارد المالية والبشرية التي تمتلها الجامعة في تنمية مواردها المالية للاستقلال التدريجي عن الدعمي الحکومي وتخفيف الضغط على موازنة الدولة السعودية دون المساس بفلسفة الجامعة الإسلامية ورسالتها.

Abstract
This study aimed to develop a vision for investing the material and human capabilities available at the Islamic University of Madinah in maximizing its financial resources, as the current study considers that the capabilities and potentials of the Islamic University are not well invested and can be invested to achieve financial returns that help in spending on the educational process without compromising the philosophy of The university and its strategic objectives and Islamic mission. The study used the descriptive approach in achieving its research objectives. A questionnaire consisting of (25) items was prepared looking for how to develop financial resources from the viewpoint of the faculty members at the university on a sample of (150) individuals divided into two parts according to the type of college (109) faculty members in theoretical faculties, and (41) A member of the teaching staff in the practical colleges, and the most important findings of the study were the rationalization of expenditures according to priorities and the investment of the financial and human resources that the university possesses in developing its financial resources for gradual independence from government support and relieving pressure on the Saudi state budget without compromising the philosophy and mission of the Islamic University.
