برنامج تدريبي لتنمية المهارات الإرشادية لدى المرشدين التربويين في الأردن بحث مشتق من رسالة دکتوراه

هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتحقق من فعالية برنامج تدريبي لتنمية المهارات الإرشادية لدى المرشدين التربويين في مدارس محافظة الکرک بالأردن، ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم اختيار عينة من المرشدين التربويين في محافظة الکرک بلغت عددها(24) مرشدا ومرشدة، وتم تقسيمهم بالتساوي الى مجموعتين: مجموعة تجريبية وبلغ عدد أفرادها (12) مرشدا ومرشدة، ومجموعة ضابطة وبلغ عدد أفرادها (12) مرشدا ومرشدة، وتم اعداد مقياس للمهارات الإرشادي، وتم التحقق من خصائصه السيکومترية من صدق وثبات، وتم اعداد برنامج تدريبي مکون من (16) جلسة، وتم تطبيقه على أعضاء المجموعة التجريبية، توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن المرشدين أعضاء المجموعة التجريبية تمکنوا من امتلاک مهارات ارشادية أفضل من أعضاء المجموعة الضابطة بعد القياس البعدي، کما توصلت النتائج أن اعضاء المجموعة التجريبية قد احتفظوا بالأثر على المدى البعيد، وقد خرجت النتائج بعدد من التوصيات ومن أهمها استخدام البرنامج التدريبي في مساعدة المرشدين لتطوير المهارات الإرشادية لديهم.

Abstract
The current study aimed to verify the effectiveness of a training program to develop counseling skills among educational counselors in the schools of Karak Governorate in Jordan, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, a sample of educational counselors in Karak governorate was selected. The number of its members is (12) male and female instructors, and a control group and the number of its members reached (12) male and female mentors. A measure of counseling skills has been prepared, and its psychometric properties have been verified with validity and consistency. The experimental group, the results of the study concluded that the mentors members of the experimental group were able to possess better counseling skills than the members of the control group after a telemetry, and the results also found that the members of the experimental group retained the effect in the long term, and the results came out. With a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the use of the training program to help mentors develop their counseling skills.
