مهارات الحوار وعلاقتها باستخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لدى طالبات کلية التربية بالمزاحمية جامعة شقراء

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى کل من استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ، والکشف عن العلاقـة الارتباطية بين مهارات الحوار واستخدام مواقـع التواصـل الاجتماعي، بالإضافة إلى تعرف الفـروق في استخدام مواقـع التواصـل الاجتماعي و مهارات الحوار حسـب المتغيرات الديموغرافية (التخصص - المعدل التراکمي). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي والمقارن، وتکونت العينة النهائية من (184) طالبة من طالبات کلية التربية بالمزاحمية جامعة شقراء، طبق عليهن استبانة مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، ومقياس مهارات الحوار من إعداد الباحثة (2021)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بصفة عامة جاءت مرتفعة حيث بلغت قيمة المتوسط الحسابي (3,71)، وأن درجة مهارات الحديث المؤثر بصفة عامة مرتفعة حيث بلغت قيمة المتوسط الحسابي (3,98)، وأن درجة مهارات الانصات بصفة عامة مرتفعة حيث جاءت قيمة المتوسط الحسابي مساوية (4,05)، وأن مهارات الحوار ککل جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة لدى طالبات کلية التربية بالمزاحمية جامعة شقراء (4.01) ، کما وجد ارتباط موجب دال احصائياً بين مهارات الحوار واستخدام مواقـع التواصـل الاجتماعي مما يدل على التأثير الايجابي لاستخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي على تعزيز مهارات الحوار لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة.
وکشفت النتائج أيضًا عن وجود فروق بين تخصص تعليم الطفولة المبکرة وتخصص الرياضيات لصالح تخصص الرياضيات في استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وفي مهارات الحديث المؤثر، ومهارات الانصات, والدرجة الکلية لمهارات الحوار ، کما وجدت فروق بين تخصص اللغة الانجليزية وتخصص الرياضيات لصالح تخصص اللغة الانجليزية في استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في مهارات الحديث المؤثر، ومهارات الانصات, والدرجة الکلية لمهارات الحوار، بالإضافة إلى وجود فروق بين المعدل التراکمي المنخفض والمعدل التراکمي المرتفع  لصالح المعدل المرتفع في مهارات الحديث المؤثر، ومهارات الحوار ککل ، کما وجدت فروق بين المعدل التراکمي المتوسط والمرتفع لصالح المعدل المرتفع في استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، ومهارات الحديث المؤثر ومهارات الإنصات ومهارات الحوار  ککل. وعلى ضوء النتائج تم صياغة بعض التوصيات.

Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the level of each of the use of social networking sites, and to reveal the correlation between dialogue skills and the use of social networking sites, in addition to identifying the differences in the use of social networking sites and dialogue skills according to demographic variables (specialization - cumulative average). To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive, correlative and comparative approach was used, and the final sample consisted of (184) female students from the College of Education in Al-Muzahimiyah, Shaqra University. They were applied to a questionnaire on social networking sites, and a scale of dialogue skills prepared by the researcher (2021), and the study concluded that the degree of using websites Social communication in general was high, where the arithmetic mean value reached (3.71), and that the degree of influential speaking skills in general was high, as the arithmetic mean value reached (3.98), and that the degree of listening skills in general was high, where the arithmetic average value was equal to ( 4.05), and that dialogue skills came to a high degree among female students of the Faculty of Education in Muzahmiah, Shaqra University ( 4.01), and a positive, statistically significant correlation was found between dialogue skills and the use of social networking sites, which indicates the positive impact of using social networking sites on enhancing dialogue skills among students. research sample individuals.
The results also revealed that there were differences between the early childhood education major and the mathematics major in favor of the mathematics major in the use of social networking sites and in influential speech skills, listening skills, and the overall degree of dialogue skills. Social communication in influential speaking skills, listening skills, and the total score of dialogue skills, in addition to the presence of differences between the low cumulative average and the high cumulative average in favor of the high in the influential speaking skills and dialogue skills, as well as differences between the average and high cumulative average in favor of the high in the use of communication sites Social skills, effective speaking skills, listening skills, and dialogue skills. In light of the results, some recommendations were formulated.
