قدرة الطفل في التعبير عن مشاعره وعلاقتها بالکفاءة الاجتماعية لديه بمرحلة الطفولة المبکرة

هدفت الدراسة إلى الکشف عن قدرة الطفل في التعبير عن مشاعره وعلاقتها بالکفاءة الاجتماعية لديه بمرحلة الطفولة المبکرة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة: تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، کما اعتمدت الباحثة مقياسين، وهما:
1- استبانة قدرة الطفل في التعبير عن المشاعر تجاه الآخرين (إعداد :اروى اليحيى، 2021).
2- مقياس السلوکيات المعبرة عن الکفاءة الاجتماعية لدى الطفل تجاه الآخرين (إعداد: قيس فرحان، 2019). تکوّن مجتمع الدراسة من معلمات الطفولة المبکرة في مدارس الطفولة المبکرة بمدينة الرياض وعددهن (4230)، أما عينة الدارسة فقد تمثّلت في عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغ عددها (200) معلمة. توصّلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: أظهرت النتائج أن معلمات مرحلة الطفولة المبکرة بشمال مدينة الرياض يرين أن الأطفال دائمًا ما يمتلکون قدرات للتعبير عن مشاعرهم تجاه الآخرين، وأن معلمات مرحلة الطفولة المبکرة بشمال مدينة الرياض يرين أن الأطفال دائمًا ما يمتلکون سلوکيات معبرة عن الکفاءة الاجتماعية تجاه الآخرين. وکشفت النتائج عن وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين قدرة الطفل في التعبير عن مشاعره والکفاءة الاجتماعية لديه بمرحلة الطفولة المبکرة، وهذه النتيجة تدلُّ على أنه کلما زادت قدرة الطفل في التعبير عن مشاعر ارتفع مستوى الکفاءة الاجتماعية لديه. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة بمنح الحوافز المادية والمعنوية للمعلمات اللاتي يساعدن الأطفال على التعبير عن المشاعر تجاه الآخرين؛ لما لها من دور في تنمية مهارات الکفاءة الاجتماعية لديهم تجاه الآخرين، کما أوصت الدراسة بعقد دورات تدريبية توعوية للآباء والأمهات تبيّن خطورة استخدام المعاملة السيئة للأطفال؛ لما تسببه من ضعف في التعبير عن المشاعر الأکسيثيميا، وتؤثّر على الکفاءة الاجتماعية.
Abstract
The study aimed to investigate the relationship between the child's ability to express his feelings and his social competencies in early childhood, and to achieve these goals the relational descriptive approach was used, as the researcher adopted two scales: 1- social competencies scale. 2- The scale of behaviors that express the child's social competence towards others (prepared by Qais Farhan. 2019). The study population consisted of (4230) early childhood teachers in early childhood schools in Riyadh, and the sample of the study was a simple random sample of There are (200) teachers. The study found the following results: The results showed that early childhood teachers in northern Riyadh see that children always have the abilities to express their feelings towards others. The results also showed that early childhood teachers in northern Riyadh see that children always possess behaviors that express social competence towards others, and the results revealed a direct relationship of statistical significance at the level of (0.01), between the child's ability to express his feelings and his social competence. Early childhood stage, and this result indicates that the greater the child's ability to express feelings, the higher his level of social competence. In light of these results, the study recommended granting material and moral incentives to female teachers who help children express feelings towards others, because of their role in developing their social competency skills towards others. The study also recommended holding awareness-raising training courses for parents about the danger of using bad treatment for children because they cause injury Impaired expression of feelings of alexithymia and affect social competence.
