القيادة الأخلاقية لمديري المدارس الثانوية العامة الحکومية بمنطقة حائل بالمملکة العربية السعودية: دراسة ميدانية

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع القيادة الأخلاقية لمديري المدارس الثانوية العامة الحکومية بمنطقة حائل بالسعودية من وجهة نظر المعلمين؟ وتحديد هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول واقع القيادة الأخلاقية تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة) ؟، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، کما تم استخدام الاستبانة کأداة لجمع المعلومات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية بمنطقة حائل للقيادة الأخلاقية( للخصائص الشخصية، والسلوکيات الإدارية، والعلاقات الإنسانية) جاءت بدرجة کبيرة من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات، وأنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث في حين أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة)، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاستمرار بإعداد وتقديم البرامج التدريبية وورش العمل لمديري المدارس والمعلمين والإداريين لتوضيح مبادى القيادة الأخلاقية ومتطلبات تطبيقها في العمل التربوي.
Abstract
The study aimed to analyze the reality of the moral leadership of public secondary school principals in Hail, Saudi Arabia, from the teachers' point of view. And determine whether there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the responses of the study sample members about the reality of ethical leadership due to the variables (gender, educational qualification, years of experience)? The study used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting information, and the study found The degree to which secondary school principals in Hail region practice personal characteristics, administrative behaviours, and human relations came to a large degree from the teachers’ point of view, and that there are statistically significant differences between the sample members due to the gender variable and in favor of females, while there are no statistically significant differences between The sample members attributed to the variables (educational qualification, years of experience), the study recommended the need to continue preparing and presenting training programs and workshops for school principals, teachers and administrators to clarify the principles of ethical leadership and the requirements for their application in educational work.
