فاعلية برنامج إرشادي مهني قائم على الحکمة لتنمية ريادة الأعمال وخفض قلق البطالة لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية التجارية

هدف البحث التعرف على مدى فاعلية برنامج إرشادي مهني قائم على الحکمة لتنمية مهارات ريادة الأعمال وخفض قلق البطالة لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية التجارية. وأجريت على (34) طالبة بالصف الثالث الثانوي التجاري وقسمت العينة إلى مجموعتين (17) طالبة مجموعة ضابطة و(17) طالبة مجموعة تجريبية. واستخدم الباحث مقياس مهارات ريادة الأعمال ومقياس قلق البطالة من إعداده، وکذلک تم تطبيق برنامج إرشادي مهني قائم على الحکمة (إعداد الباحث) مکون من (13) جلسة ومدة کل جلسة (60) دقيقة، واستغرق البرنامج (6) أسابيع. وأظهرت النتائج مدى تأثير واستمرارية فاعلية البرنامج في تنمية ريادة الأعمال وخفض قلق البطالة. وتمت مناقشة النتائج وتفسيرها في ضوء الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة، وفي نهاية البحث قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات والبحوث المقترحة.

Abstract
The research aims to identify the effectiveness of a career-counseling program based on wisdom to develop entrepreneurship skills and reduce unemployment anxiety among female commercial secondary school students. It was conducted on (34) female students in the third grade of commercial secondary school, and the sample was divided into two groups (17) female students in the control group and (17) female students in the experimental group. The researcher used the scale of entrepreneurship skills and the unemployment anxiety scale prepared by him, as well as the application of a professional guidance program based on wisdom (prepared by the researcher) consisting of (13) sessions and the duration of each session (60) minutes, and the program lasted (6) weeks. The results showed the impact and continuity of the program's effectiveness in developing entrepreneurship and reducing unemployment anxiety. The results were discussed and interpreted in light of the theoretical framework and previous studies. At the end of the research, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and proposed research.
