واقع الممارسات التدريسية لمعلمي العلوم في ضوء مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين في منطقة مکة المکرمة من وجهة نظر مشرفيهم

هدفت الدراسة الحالية تعرف واقع الممارسات التدريسية لمعلمي العلوم في ضوء مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين في منطقة مکة المکرمة من وجهة نظر مشرفيهم ، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة بلغت (28) مشرفا ومشرفة طبق عليهم استبانة تقيس واقع الممارسات التدريسية لمعلمي العلوم في ضوء مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين، وباتباع المنهج الوصفي توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مشرفي ومشرفات العلوم يرون أن معلمي العلوم يمارسون مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين بأبعادها الثلاثة: مهارات التعامل مع المعلومات، مهارات التعليم والتجديد، مهارات العمل والحياة بدرجة متوسطة، ولم تظهر فروق بين مشرفي العلوم في تقديراتهم لواقع الممارسات التدريسية لمعلمي العلوم في ضوء مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين وفقا للجنس والمؤهل والتخصص وسنوات الخبرة ، وفي ضوء ذلک تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات والبحوث المقترحة.

Abstract
The current study aimed to know the reality of the teaching practices of science teachers in the light of the skills of the twenty-first century in the city of Makkah from the point of view of their supervisors The study was conducted on a sample of (28) supervisors. A questionnaire was applied to them that measured the reality of the teaching practices of science teachers in the light of the skills of the twenty-first century. By following the descriptive approach, the study concluded that science supervisors believe that science teachers practice the skills of the twenty-first century in its three dimensions: Information handling skills, teaching and innovation skills, work and life skills at an average degree .There were no differences between science supervisors in their estimates of the reality of the teaching practices of science teachers in the light of the skills of the twenty-first century according to gender, qualification, specialization and years of experience. In light of this, a number of recommendations and proposed research were presented.
