العقاب التربوي بين الفکر التربوي الإسلامي والفلسفات التربوية (دراسة مقارنة)

يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على العقاب التربوي بين الفکر الإسلامي التربوي والفلسفات التربوية، ذلک من حيث تناول التعرف على الفکر التربوي الإسلامي والفلسفي، فضلاً عن التعريف بالعقاب التربوي وتوضيح خصائصه وضوابطه، وتحديد المعيار الخلقي للعقاب التربوي بين الفکر الإسلامي والفلسفات التربوية، إضافة إلى توضيح ضوابط العقاب التربوي في الفکر التربوي الإسلامي، وذلک بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في جانبه التحليلي، کونه المنهج الأقرب لطبيعة البحث.
وتوصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج تتمثل في الآتي:
- تبني خارطة بحث تربوية تعتني بالدراسات المقارنة التي تجلي الفکر التربوي الإسلامي ومزاياه وفي إطار المبادأة المعاصرة المحتملة المتوقعة من الفکر التربوي الإسلامي، وهو: أن يکمل الحلقات المفقودة في التصورات العامة التي تجيب عن أهم التساؤلات الملحة التي تقف خلف الممارسات التربوية والمزاج العام السائد الذي يطغى على السياسات التربوية في العالم حيث يتوقع أن يقدم الإسلام المکمل الإنساني للتطور التقني المعاصر. ويقترح البحث:
- إجراء دراسات مقارنة بين التوجهات الفکرية الإسلامية تظهر محاسن کل توجه وتعزز الرجوع إلى المنبع الصافي کتاب الله وسنة رسوله.
- تبني برامج إعداد المعلم والمربي تحتوي على ما ينمي مهارات المقارنة والتأصيل والاستدلال والانتقاء الثقافي لدى طلاب الجامعات في قسم أصول التربية وفي بقية الأقسام.
-تبني بحوث نوعية تجلي النتائج التي تظهرها البحوث المقارنة من أجل مصداقية أکثر للنتائج والتوصيات التي تنتجها البحوث المقارنة.

Abstract
A study that aims to achieve a general goal, which is to identify educational punishment between Islamic educational thought and educational philosophies, in terms of dealing with the identification of Islamic and philosophical educational thought, as well as introducing educational punishment and clarifying its characteristics and controls, and determining the moral standard for educational punishment between Islamic thought and educational philosophies, in addition To clarify the controls of educational punishment in Islamic educational thought.
By relying on the descriptive analytical approach, as it is the approach closest to the nature of the study, the study reached several results, which are as follows:
 - Adopting an educational research map that takes care of comparative studies that clarify Islamic educational thought and its advantages and within the framework of the potential contemporary initiative that is expected from Islamic educational thought, which is: to complete the missing links in public perceptions that answer the most urgent questions that stand behind educational practices and the prevailing general mood that It dominates educational policies in the world, where Islam is expected to provide the human complement to contemporary technical development.
 -Conducting comparative studies between Islamic intellectual trends that show the advantages of each orientation and promote a return to the pure source, the Book of God and the Sunnah of His Messenger.
Adopting teacher and educator preparation programs that contain what develops the skills of comparison, rooting, inference and cultural selection among university students in the Department of Fundamentals of Education and in the rest of the departments.
Adopting qualitative research that reflects the results shown by comparative research in order to have more credibility for the results and recommendations produced by comparative research.
