المشکلات الأکاديمية والادارية والاجتماعية التي تواجه طلاب الدراسات العليا بالکلية الجامعية في القنفذة من وجهة نظر الطلاب والطالبات

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على المشکلات الأکاديمية والإدارية والاجتماعية التى تواجه طلاب الدراسات العليا بالکلية الجامعية بالقنفذة من وجهة نظرهم ، وأثر ذلک على الجنس والعمر والحالة الاجتماعية والتخصص في هذه المشکلات، وقد تکونت عينة الدراسة من (97) طالب وطالبة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي کونه أقرب المناهج لطبيعة هذه الدراسة، وتم تطبيق استبانة تکونت من ثلاثة محاور هي (المشکلات الأکاديمية وتکونت من 20 عبارة، والمشکلات الإدارية وتکونت من 15 عبارة والمشکلات الاجتماعية وتکونت من9 عبارات) بإجمالي 44 عبارة، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=α) بين المتوسطات الحسابية لمستوى المشکلات الأکاديمية والإدارية والاجتماعية تعزى لمتغير الجنس والعمر والحالة الاجتماعية  والتخصص  واوصت الدراسة ضرورة الاهتمام بالإرشاد الأکاديمي للطلبة، وتوفير الإمکانات اللازمة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس للقيام بدورهم الإرشادي. توفير کافة الخدمات التى يحتاجها طلبة الدراسات العليا داخل الکلية الجامعية. ضرورة تخصيص لقاءات مفتوحة مع طلبة الدراسات العليا، ليتعرفوا من خلالها إلى اتجاهاتهم نحو الدراسات العليا وبرامجها، وتلمس مشکلاتهم للعمل على حلها

Abstract
The present research paper aims to identify the academic, administrative, and social problems facing postgraduate studies at Al-Qunfudah University College from their perspective and these problems' impact on gender, age, and social status. It covered a sample of (97) randomly selected students. It adopted the descriptive survey approach because it fits the study. Moreover, a 44-item questionnaire distributed to three domains (academic problems comprising 20 items, administrative problems comprising 15 items, and social problems comprising 9 items) was applied. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (α= 0.05) in the arithmetic means of the academic, administrative, and social problems due to gender, age, social status, and specialization. The study recommended the necessity of paying attention to academic counseling for students, and providing the necessary capabilities for faculty members to carry out their counseling role. Providing all the services needed by postgraduate students within the university college. The necessity of allocating open meetings with postgraduate students, to familiarize them with their attitudes towards postgraduate studies and its programs, and to touch their problems to work on solving them.
