فاعلية برنامج مقترح قائم على استراتيجيات التعلم النشط في تنمية مهارات التدريس الفعال ومهارات التفکير الجغرافي لدى الطلاب المعلمين شعبة الجغرافيا بکلية التربية

هدف البحث الحالي إلى تنمية مهارات التدريس الفعال، ومهارات التفکير الجغرافي لدى الطلاب المعلمين شعبة الجغرافيا بکلية التربية باستخدام برنامج مقترح قائم على استراتيجيات التعلم النشطفي تنمية مهارات التدريس الفعال ومهارات التفکير الجغرافي لدى الطلاب المعلمين شعبة الجغرافيا بکلية التربية، وقد تکونت عينة الدراسة من (60) طالبًا معلمًا شعبة الجغرافيا بکلية التربية جامعة المنصورة، وقسمت العينة (30) طالبًا معلمًا بالمجموعة التجريبية، (30) طالبًا معلمًا بالمجموعة الضابطة، وتم إعداد قائمة بمهارات التدريس الفعال، وقائمة بمهارات التفکير الجغرافي، ودليل عضو هيئة التدريس، وکراسة نشاط الطالب المعلم، ومقياس مهارات التدريس الفعال، واختبار مهارات التفکير الجغرافي، وطبقت أدوات البحث على مجموعة البحث، وجاءت نتائج البحث لتؤکد وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب المعلمين في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في کل من مقياس مهارات التدريس الفعال، واختبار مهارات التفکير الجغرافي لصالح المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق البعدي، وهذا يؤکد فاعلية البرنامج المقترح القائم على استراتيجيات التعلم النشط، وجاءت توصيات البحث لتؤکد ضرورة عقد ورش عمل لتدريب الطلاب المعلمين شعبة الجغرافيا على الاستراتيجيات التدريسية الحديثة؛ ومنها استراتيجيات التعلم النشط.

Abstract
The current research aims to develop the skills of effective teaching, and geographical thinking skills of students teachers, geography division of the Faculty of Education using a proposed program based on active learning strategies, and the sample of the study consisted of (60) teachers, geography division at the Faculty of Education, University of Mansoura, and divided the sample (30) students Teacher in the experimental group, (30) students teacher in the control group, a list of effective teaching skills, a list of geographical thinking skills, a faculty guide, a student teacher activity booklet, an effective teaching skills scale, a geographic thinking skills test, and a tool was applied Research on the research group, the results of the research came to confirm the statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the average grades of teachers in the tribal and dimensional application of the experimental group and the control group in both the measure of effective teaching skills, and the testing of geographical thinking skills in favor of the experimental group in the dimension application, this confirms the effectiveness of the proposed program based on active learning strategies, and the research recommendations confirmed the need for workshops to train students of the Geography Teachers Division on modern teaching strategies, including active learning strategies.
