فعالية برنامج إرشادي معرفي سلوکي لتخفيف آثار التفکک الأسري لدى عينة من الشباب في مملکة البحرين

استهدف البحث الکشف عن فعالية برنامج ارشادي معرفي سلوکي في التخفيف من آثار التفکک الأسري لدى عينة من الشباب في مملکة البحرين، واستخدمت الباحثة تصميم شبه التجريبي، حيث يستخدم هذا المنهج في تطبيق أدوات البحث لمعرفة فعالية البرنامج الإرشادي في تخفيف آثار التفکک الأسري لدى عينة البحث، وفي نطاق هذا المنهج يتم اعتماد التصميم التجريبي القائم على مجموعة تجريبية، تطبق علىها أدوات البحث قبلياً وبعديًا لقياس أثر المتغير المستقل في المتغير التابع، وتقتصر البحث على تطبيق البرنامج الإرشادي المعرفي السلوکي على الشباب المتردد على مرکز عيسي الثقافي،  ومرکز التأهيل الإرشادي و مرکز هب للتدريب ، على عينة البحث (30) من الشباب ، واستخدمت الباحثة أدوات بحثية مقياس التفکک الأسري، برنامج إرشادي معرفي سلوکي، توصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين درجات المجموعة التجريبية قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج الارشادي المعرفي السلوکي على مقياس التفکک الأسري لصالح التطبيق التتابعي البعدي .

Abstract
The research aimed at identifying the effectiveness of a cognitive behavioral guidance program in the alleviation of family disintegration in a sample of young people in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The researcher used semi-experimental design. This method is used in applying the study tools to determine the effectiveness of the extension program in developing family disintegration Within the framework of this approach, experimental design based on an experimental group, to which the research tools are applied in Essa Cultural Centre ,Rehaibiation Centre and Ibdaa Hub Training Centre to measure the effect of the independent variable in the dependent variable. The study is limited to the application of the cognitive- (30) of the youth. The researcher used the research tools of the family disintegration scale, a cognitive behavioral guidance program. The results of the study showed that there are statistically significant differences between the scores of the sample before and after the application of the behavioral cognitive consoling program on the family disintegration scale in favor of the post- Test .
