درجة امتلاک المدربين بمرکز التدريب التربوي بالباحة للکفايات التدريبية

هدفت هذه الدراسة الکشف عن درجة امتلاک المدربين بمرکز التدريب التربوي بالباحة للکفايات التدريبية من وجهة نظر المُتدربين. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بصورته المسحية, وتکونت عيّنة الدراسة من (400) مُتدرباً ومُتدربة, وذلک خلال الفصل الأول من العام الدراسي - 14351436هـ, وقد تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقيّة العشوائية, وقام الباحث ببناء استبانة لقياس درجة امتلاک المدربين للکفايات التدريبية تکونت بصورتها النهائية من(34) فقرة شملت أربع مجالاتٍ, وقد تم التأکد من صدقها وثباتها.
  أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة امتلاک المدرب التربوي بمرکز التدريب التربوي بالباحة للکفايات التدريبية ککُل جاءت بدرجةٍ متوسطةٍ, وبمتوسط حسابي قدره (3.04) وانحراف معياري (0.63), وجاء مجال الکفايات العلمية في المرتبة الأولى وبدرجة توفر کفايةٍ متوسطةٍ, وبمتوسط حسابي قدره (3.24) وانحراف معياري (720.), بينما جاء مجال کفايات المدرب في الاتصال والتواصل الإنساني في المرتبة الثانية وبدرجةٍ متوسطةٍ, وبمتوسط حسابي قدره (3.18) وانحراف معياري (0.74), کما جاء مجال الکفايات الفنيّة في المرتبة الثالثة وبدرجةٍ متوسطةٍ کذلک, وبمتوسط حسابي قدره (3.08) وانحراف معياري (0.72), ثم جاء مجال الکفايات التقنيّة في المرتبة الرابعة وبدرجةٍ متوسطةٍ, وبمتوسط حسابي قدره (2.66) وانحراف معياري (0.77).
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine Degree of possessing  the competencies of trainers at the Educational training center in Al-Baha. The sample of the study consisted  of (400) male and female trainees and was  chosen by proportional stratified random sample. The study was conducted in the first semester on 1435 ـــ 1436 AH. To achieve the objectives of the study a questionnaire was conducted to explore the competencies of trainers at the Educational training center in Al-Baha. It consisted in its final stage of (34) paragraphs covering four fields. Its validity and reliability was confirmed.
The results showed that the total degree of competencies came in a moderate degree for all domains with a mean of (3.04) and standard deviation (0.63) .The scientific competencies came in the first rank in a moderate degree with a mean of (3.24) and standard deviation (0.72) . The competencies of communication and human contact came in second rank in a moderate degree with a mean of (3.18) and standard deviation (0.74) . The competencies of Technical came in third rank in a moderate degree too with a mean of (3.08) and standard deviation (0.72). The competencies of Technology in fourth rank in a moderate degree with a mean of (2.66) and standard deviation (0.77).
