مدى وعي معلمات المرحلة الثانوية بخصائص التنمية المستدامة في دولة الکويت

هدف البحث إلى قياس مدى وعي معلمات المرحلة الثانوية في دولة الکويت بخصائص التنمية المستدامة، وتکونت هذه عينة البحث من 60 معلمة، کما اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي لتحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها بأداة استبانة لقياس مدى وعي المعلمات بالتنمية المستدامة بأبعادها الثلاث وهي: البعد البيئي والبعد الاقتصادي والبعد الاجتماعي، وخلصت نتائج البحث إلى أن الاتجاه العام لاستجابات المشارکين تقع في الجانب الإيجابي لمقياس ليکرت، حيث کانت نسبة المشارکين الذين أجابوا بموافق وموافق بشدة 88%، وتعد تلک النسبة الإيجابية لنطاق الوعي البيئي 90%، ولنطاق الوعي الاجتماعي 82%، والنطاق الاقتصادي 93%، وقد تساهم هذه النتائج في رفع مستوى الدولة. وأوصى البحث في ضوء النتائج بتوجيه الاهتمام إلى مفهوم التنمية المستدامة وإنشاء مشاريع تعليمية مستدامة وتدريب معلمات المرحلة الثانوية أکثر على ترسيخ مفهوم التنمية المستدامة والمساهمة في رفع الوعي الاجتماعي بالتنمية المستدامة في المجتمع.

Abstract
The aim of the research is to measure the awareness of secondary school teachers in the State of Kuwait of the characteristics of sustainable development, and this sample consisted of 60 teachers. The social dimension The results of the research indicate that the general trend of the respondents ’responses lies on the positive side of the Likert scale, where the percentage of participants who answered in agreement and strongly agreed upon was 88%, and this is a positive rate for the environmental awareness range 90%,the social awareness range 82%,and the economic range 93%. Results that may contribute to raising the level of the country. Research in light of the results recommended directing attention to the concept of sustainable development more and creating sustainable educational projects and training teachers more to establish the concept of sustainable development among secondary school teachers and contribute to raising social awareness of development Sustainable society.
