معوقات التخطيط التربوي کما يدرکها عينة من مديري مدارس التعليم العام بمدينة الکُفرة بليبيا

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على معوقات التخطيط التربوي کما يدرکها مديري ومديرات مدارس التعليم العام بمدينة الکُفرة بليبيا, وتحقيقًا لهدف البحث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، واعتمدت على الاستبانة في مسعى لتحقيق هدفها، وقامت بتصميم استبانة مکونة من 19 فقرة تغطي الجوانب المختلفة لمعوقات التخطيط التربوي وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عدد 30 من مديري ومديرات مدارس التعليم العام بمدينة الکفرة، واخضعت البيانات للتحليل الاحصائي باستخدام التکرارات والنسب المئوية والمتوسطات والانحرافات المعيارية واختبار مان ويتني وکروسکال واليس لدلالة الفروق وتوصلت الباحثة إلى العديد من النتائج منها ان جميع المعوقات تحققت وبشکل کبير کما لم توجد د فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (01.) بين المديرين والمديرات في ادراکهم لمعوقات التخطيط التربوي کما لم توجد فروق في ادراک معوقات التخطيط وفقا للخبره والتخصص.
Abstract
The study aimed to identify the obstacles to educational planning as the directors and directors of public education schools in the city of Kufra, Libya realize them, and in order to achieve the aim of the research, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and relied on the questionnaire in an effort to achieve its goal, and designed a questionnaire consisting of 19 Items covering the various aspects of educational planning obstacles and was applied The questionnaire was based on 30 directors and directors of public education schools in the city of Kufra, and the data were subjected to statistical analysis using frequencies, percentages, averages, standard deviations, and the Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis test for the indication of the differences. The researcher reached many results, including that all the obstacles were largely achieved and there were no related differences. Statistical significance at the level of significance (01.) between managers and directors in their perception of the obstacles to educational planning, as there were no differences in the perception of planning obstacles according to experience and specialization.
