هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بکلية التربية جامعة المنصورة علي ضوء رؤية مصر2030 . وتحقيقًا لهدف البحث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، واعتمدت على الاستبانة طبقت على عينة قوامها (200) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بکلية التربية جامعة المنصورة .
وتوصل البحث إلى العديد من النتائج منها : أبرز المتطلبات التي تتوافر بکلية التربية جامعة المنصورة لتحقيق ميزتها التنافسية علي ضوء رؤية مصر 2030: التحول الرقمي لکافة أنشطة وممارسات الکلية للتناغم مع توجه الجامعة ووزارة التعليم العالي، وإتاحة الفرص لتقديم بعض البرامج الدراسية باللغة الأجنبية( اللغة الانجليزية) بما يُلبي احتياجات الجهات المستفيدة، وفتح تخصصات أکاديمية جديدة تتماشي مع تطلعات خطة مصر للتنمية المستدامة، وتعزيز القيم الايجابية لدى العاملين بالکلية فى التعامل مع الطلاب الوافدين، إتاحة فرص تنمية مهارات أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم بما يتناغم مع استراتيجيات التعليم والتعلم الحديثة، وتزويد الکلية بمکتبة رقمية مجهزة بالتجهيزات المادية والتکنولوجية والمراجع العلمية الحديثة.
وأوصت الدراسة بالعديد من التوصيات، منها: تنويع البرامج التعليمية والبحثية التي تقدمها الکلية، والعمل علي تطويرها وتحديثها بشکل مستمر، بما يتناغم مع احتياجات سوق العمل المحلي والدولي، وتحسين وتطوير البنية التحتية والتکنولوجية باستمرار؛ لضمان جودة الخدمة التعليمية المقدمة للمستفيدين  وتفعيل الأنشطة والممارسات التي تتناسب مع احتياجات ورغبات الطلاب، بشکل يسمح بإکسابهم للمهارات الحياتية ومهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين، وإعداداهم الإعداد المهني والأکاديمي الذي يتناسب مع احتياجات سوق العمل.
Abstract:                                                                    
The aim of the research is to identify the reality of achieving a competitive advantage in the Faculty of Education, Mansoura University, on the light of Egypt's vision 2030. To achieve the aim of the research, the researcher used the descriptive method, and relied on a questionnaire applied to a sample of (200) members of the Staff of the Faculty of Education, Mansoura University.
The research found including :The most requirements that are available at the Faculty of Education, Mansoura University, to achieve its competitive advantage is: digital transformation of all activities of the college in harmony with the direction of the university and the Ministry of Higher Education, providing opportunities to offer some study programs in the foreign language in a way that meets the needs of the beneficiaries, opening new academic specializations in line with the aspirations of the Egypt Plan 2030, promoting positive values ​​among college staff in dealing with foreign students, providing opportunities to develop the skills of staff and their assistants in line with modern teaching and learning strategies. The college has a digital library equipped with physical and technological equipment and modern scientific references.
The study recommended several recommendations, including: diversifying the educational programs provided by the college, including, developing continuously, in harmony with the needs of the local labor market. The quality of the educational service provided at the educational introduction, and the activation of activities and practices that are compatible with the needs and desires of students, are good. By providing them with the life skills and skills of the eleventh and the eleventh century, a professional and academic preparation that is commensurate with the needs of the labor market.
