مصطلح فقيه البدن وفقيه النفس عند أئمة الجرح والتعديل "دراسة نظرية تطبيقية"

يهدف البحث إلى لفت الانتباه إلى مصطلحٍ استخدمه أئمة الجرح والتعديل مع بعض الرواة، ألا وهو مصطلح: فقيه البدن أو فقيه النفس، وبيان أثره في الراوي والمروي، ومعرفة القاسم المشترک بين هؤلاء الرواة من خلال جمع تراجمهم ودراستها، ثم التوصل إلى نتيجة واضحة تحدد معناه، وقد انتهى البحث إلى عدّة نتائج أهمها: أن مصطلح فقيه البدن أو فقيه النفس من اتصف به قد تمکن في الفقه حتى اختلط بلحمه ودمه وصار سجيةً له، وإماماً فيه، ومراد المحدثين به: ترجيح رواية الراوي الموصوف به ولو کان أقلَّ من الثقة، بحيث لو تعارضت رواية الصدوق الفقيه البدن مع رواية الثقة غير المتقن: قُدِّمت روايةُ الصدوق المذکور، والقاسم المشترک بين غالب هؤلاء الرواة، الموصوفون ب: فقيه البدن أو فقيه النفس هو الاجتهاد، والجمع بين صنعتي الحديث والفقه مع الزهد والعبادة، وأنه وصفٌ بالتعديل زائدٌ، ثم يوصي البحث طلبة العلم بلزوم الشيوخ والأخذ عنهم مباشرة، مع قراءة المقدمات النفيسة لکتب السنة وشروحها، کمقدمة فتح الباري، وغيرهما من الشروح المعتبرة، واستخراج ما فيها من الفوائد العلمية التي ينتفع بها.

Abstract
This study aims to shed some light upon a certain Terminology used by prominent scholars in Islamic Studies regarding the concept of Prophet's words and teachings. The field of discrediting and endorsement the Hadith narrators has been widely affected by the status of pure dignity of the Prophet's words narrator. The level of Narrator's credibility and validity is highly important among the scholars of discrediting and endorsement of narrators. The more the narrator combines both knowledge of (jurisprudence and Hadith) the more his narration of the prophet's sayings and teaching has higher status according to the Etiquette of Narration. Through a neat and carful study of the bibliographical history of every Hadith Narrator, this will lead to a better judgment of The Chain of Transmission among those Narrators. Moreover, this study advocates the notion of following the prominent Islamic Mentors by their mentees. Needless to say that, mentees should read and try to comprehend the Major Books of Hadith and their explanations such as (Fatuhul-Elbari) to gain the best of Knowledge.
