الخصائص الشخصية للعاملين مع ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة

تتکون الدراسة الحالية من دراستين، هدفت الأولى إلى إعداد مقياس للسمات الشخصية اللازم توافرها للعاملين مع ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة، تکونت العينة من 122 ممن يعملون بالمجال ( معلم أخصائي تخاطب، علاج طبيعي، أخصائي نفسي، أخصائي اجتماعى) تم اختيارهم من بعض مراکز رعاية وتدريب ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة بمصر، طبقت الدارسة فى الفترة من نوفمبر وديسمبر 2013،  وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تمتع الأداة بمعايير صدق وثبات مناسبة، ودلت نتائج التحليل العاملى عن وجود أربع عوامل هى [ المرونة والقدرة على التحمل، حب المهنة، تقبل الإعاقة، الرغبة فى ترک المهنة]. وهدفت الدراسة الثانية إلى اختبار الفروق بين العاملين مع ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة المصريين والسعوديين والفلسطينيين على مقياس الخصائص الشخصية، طبقت الدراسة فى الفترة من اکتوبر ونوفمبر 2014، تکونت عينة الدراسة من 42 مصرياً، 35 سعودياً، 41 فلسطينياً.و تم التأکد من ثبات المقياس وتراوحت معاملات ألفا من 0.544 إلى 0.949 ، وأشارت نتائج تحليل التباين إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين المجموعات الثلاث على الأبعاد:  المرونة والقدرة على التحمل، حب المهنة، الرغبة فى ترک المهنة؛ وعدم وجود فروق على بعد تقبل الإعاقة
          Abstract :
This study contains two studies , The first aims to prepare ascale for personal characteristics which should be found  workers in special needs" field (Teacher, Speechlist disorders, Psychologist, Socialist)  the sample contains  of 122  choosen from special needs"centers of trainning and interest in Egypt.The study is applied from November to December 2013 .It is concluded that the tool has suitable levels of stability and reality .Also,the results provided Analysis-Factor which gave four factors (flexibility,ability of tolerance ,Love of profession,accepting of disability and desire of leaving the field)
For the second study, it aimed to test the differences between workers in field of special needs for Egyptians,Saudians ,Palastinens through ascale of personal characteristics .The study is applied from October-November 2014 and the sample contains 42 Egyptian,35 Saudians,41 Palastinens.It is be sured the stability of the scale about 0,544 Alfa correlations to 0,949. For  One- way ANOVA "results revealed positive statistical differences between the three groups for the factors :Flexibility,Ability of tolerance ,vocational adjustment,Desire of leaving the field and no differences for the factor of Love of profession .
