واقع التمکين الإداري لوکلاء مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة حفر الباطن

هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على واقع التمکين الإداري لوکلاء مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة حفر الباطن تبعاً لأربعة أبعاد هي : ( تفويض السلطة , المشارکة في صنع القرار, العمل الجماعي , تنمية السلوک الإبداعي) , والکشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في تقدير وکلاء مدارس التعليم العام لدرجة تمکينهم والتي تعزى لمتغيرات :( سنوات الخدمة في الإدارة المدرسية , المرحلة الدراسية, نوع المؤهل , الحصول على دورة مديري المدارس) , وتحقيقاً لأهداف البحث استخدام الباحث المنهج الوصفي , وشمل البحث على عينه من وکلاء مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة حفر الباطن بلغ عددهم (155) وکيلاً , بنسبة ( 85,6%) من مجتمع البحث ,وأعد الباحث استبانة مکونة من جزأين الأول : البيانات الأساسية لأفراد عينة البحث , والأخر : مقياس لواقع التمکين الإداري لوکلاء مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة حفر الباطن تضمن أربعة أبعاد مثلتها ( 40) عبارة , وعولجت البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام البرنامج الحاسوبي (spss) .
          وتوصلت نتائج البحث  إلى أن واقع التمکين الإداري لوکلاء مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة حفر الباطن من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة جاء بدرجة ( کبيرة ) , کما جاء بدرجة ( کبيرة ) في کل من الأبعاد : تفويض السلطة, العمل الجماعي ,المشارکة في صنع القرار, تنمية السلوک الإبداعي (على الترتيب). وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصى البحث بعقد دورات وبرامج تدريبية مکثفة لوکلاء مدارس التعليم العام حول التمکين الإداري وأهميته بالنسبة لهم   , وتعزيز مبادراتهم الإبداعية.
Abstract
       This study is aimed to identify of The Current Status of Administrative Empowerment for the vice principals of general schools in hafar al batin district in four scopes:  (authority delegation , contribution in decision-making, team working  and developing of creative behaviour). In addition , the study aims to uncover the statistical significant differences in accordance with the vice principals estimation to the extent of enabling them to that is mainly attributed to( experience, school stage, type of qualification and obtaining a course of schools principals). In order to realize these objectives, the research adopted the descriptive approach and the study sample, which included (155 vice principals assessing (85.6%). A questionnaire - consisting of two parts -has been utilized: the basic data for members of the study, and: a measurement of The Current Status of Administrative Empowerment for the vice principals of general schools to ensure the extents represented by the four factors expressed in (40) phrases. The data has been treated statistically via the computer program (SPSS). The research has come out with the following The findings  was big in accordance with the views of the study samples of enabling  administratively a vice principals  in Hafr Al Batin Educational Region schools  in the following four dimensions: (authority delegation , contribution in decision making, team work and developing of creative behaviour (respectively).
Recommendations :
     Drawing from the findings of the study, it is recommended that intensive courses should be held to the a vice principals on the effectiveness of the empowerment  process and
reinforcement of innovative initiatives.
