رؤية استشرافية للمدرسة الجاذبة من وجهة نظر الطالب والمعلم والخبير التربوي "

استهدفت الدراسة التوصل الى ملامح رؤية استشرافية للمدرسة الجاذبة للتعليم والتعلم من وجهة نظر الطلاب والمعلمين والخبراء التربويين، نظرا لما تعانيه المدرسة التقليدية من عثرات ومشکلات أدت في جانب کبير الى عزوف الطلاب عن الدراسة، وهجر المدارس، والانقطاع الکامل عن التعليم.
استعانت الدراسة بإجراءات المنهج الوصفي، وأجرت المقابلات الشخصية والاستبيان الذي تم اعداده وتطبيقه على عينة الدراسة من طلاب ومعلمي ومديري وموجهي المواد بالمدارس الثانوية العامة المعتمدة بمحافظة المنوفية، وذلک في العام الدراسي (2014-2015) م. وتوصلت الدراسة الى تحديد أبعاد وملامح المدرسة الجاذبة کما استشرفتها عينة الدراسة، حيث تحددت ملامح هذه الرؤية الاستشرافية للمدرسة الجاذبة في أنها ينبغي أن تکون(ذات معنى لطلابها-ذاتية ومتطورة في ادارتها-متعلمة ذات رؤية استراتيجية-ذات مبنى نموذجي بتجهيزاته الفنية-بيئة(مناخ) داعمة للتعلم-مکسبة للمهارات-ممتعة في التعليم والتعلم-موظفة للأساليب والامکانيات التکنولوجية والالکترونية-راعية للإبداع والميول-ذات فصول دراسية تفاعلية-ذات مناهج مرنة تکيفية-استراتيجيات وطرق تدريس متطورة-معلمون أکفاء وذوو مهارات فائقة-صانعة للقيادات الطلابية-ذات تقويم شمولي تکاملي-منفتحة على المجتمع والبيئة-اعتماد الشراکة الأبوية-الضبط والمحاسبية) .
وقدمت الدراسة عدة مقترحات وتوصيات اجرائية لتفعيل الرؤية الاستشرافية للمدرسة الجاذبة، کما أوصت بعدة أبحاث مستقبلية في ضوء ما توصلت اليه من نتائج.

Abstract:
   The study aimed to reach the features of forward-looking vision for the school attractive for teaching and learning from the point of students, teachers and educational experts of view, owing to their traditional school of pitfalls and problems resulted in large part to the reluctance of students out of school, and the abandonment of schools, complete disruption of education.
The study used the descriptive approach procedures, and conducted personal interviews and questionnaire, which was prepared and applied to a sample of students and teachers and managers and directors of public secondary school materials approved Menoufia Governorate, in the academic year (2014-2015) m.
The study to determine the dimensions and features attractive school as A_i_rvatha study sample, where identified the features of this forward-looking vision for the school attractive in that they should be (meaningful for their students-Resume and Developed         in Tt's management-educated with a strategic vision-related typical building technical Bottaghizzath-environment (climate ) supportive of the learning-profitable skills-fun in teaching and learning-employee of the methods and technological and electronic possibilities-sponsor of creativity and orientation-related semesters interactive-with flexible curricula adaptive-strategies and methods of teaching advanced-teachers qualified and people with the skills of super-maker student leaders-related calendar holistic integrative-open to the community and environment-adoption parental partnership-control and accounting).
The study made several proposals and procedural recommendations to activate the forward-looking vision for the school attractive, as recommended by a number of future research in the light of its findings.
