فعـالية برنامج علاجي قائم على تنظيـم الانفعـالات في خفض اضطراب الألکسيثيميا لدى طلاب الجامعة

يهدف البحث إلى التحقق من فعـالية برنامج علاجي قائم على تنظيـم الانفعـالات في خفض اضطراب الألکسيثيميا لدى طلاب الجامعة، وتکونت عينة البحث من (30) طالبًا وطالبة من طلاب جامعة المنصورة، تم تقسيمهم عشوائيًا إلى مجموعتين، مجموعة تجريبية تشمل (15) طالبًا وطالبة تلقت البرنامج العلاجي القائم على تنظيم الانفعالات، ومجموعة ضابطة تشمل (15) طالبًا وطالبة لم تتلق البرنامج. تکونت أدوات البحث من مقياس الألکسيثيميا (TAS-26) إعداد تايلور، وريان، وباجبي (Taylor, Ryan, & Bagby, 1985) (تعريب/ الباحثين)، وبرنامج برنامج علاجي قائم على تنظيـم الانفعـالات لخفض اضطراب الألکسيثيميا (إعداد/ الباحثين). واستخدم الباحثون اختبار مان ويتني  Mann- Whitney test  للمجموعات الصغيرة المستقلة، واختبار ويلکوکسن لإشارة الرتب Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test للمجموعات الصغيرة المرتبطة للتحقق من فروض البحث،ومربع معامل إيتا ((Eta-squared, h2 لحساب قوة تأثير البرنامج. وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى فعالية البرنامج العلاجي القائم على تنظيـم الانفعـالات في خفض اضطراب الألکسيثيميا لدى طلاب الجامعة.

Abstract        
The research aims to verify the effectiveness of remedial program based on emotions regulation in reducing depressive symptoms among university students, and the research sample consisted of (30) students from Mansoura University students, who were randomly divided into two groups, an experimental group that includes (15) students who received the remedial program based on emotions regulation, and a control group that includes (15) male and female students who did not receive the program. The research instruments consisted of the alexithymia scale(TAS-26), prepared by / Taylor, Ryan, & Bagby (1985)(Arabization by/ Researchers), and a remedial program based on emotions regulation to reduce alexithymia disorder (Prepared by/ researchers). The researchers used the Mann-Whitney test for independent small groups and the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test for small related groups to verify hypotheses, and the Eta-squared coefficient square (Eta-squared, h2) to calculate the effect force of the program. The results indicated that: There is a significant effect of the remedial program based on emotions regulation in reducing the alexithymia disorder among university students.
