الخصائص السيکومترية لمقياس السلوک القيادى لدى الطلاب المعلمين

هدف البحث الحالي إلى التحقق من توافر بعض الخصائص السيکومترية لمقياس السلوک القيادى من حيث ثبات وصدق المقياس, کما هدف البحث إلى التعرف على ترتيب مهارات السلوک القيادى لدى الطلاب المعلمين, ووضع معايير للمقياس. تکون المقياس فى صورته النهائية من (83) فقرة موزعة على (7) أبعاد وتکونت الاستجابات على تدرج (ليکرت), واُعطيت کل إجابة وزناً کالآتى: (دائماً خمس درجات), (غالباً أربع درجات), (أحياناً ثلاث درجات), (نادراً درجتان), (أبداً درجة واحدة), وتم تطبيق المقياس على عينة مکونة من (200) من الطلاب المعلمين تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. وتم التوصل إلى النتائج الآتية: يتمتع المقياس بدرجة عالية من الثبات, إذ تم التحقق من دلالات ثبات المقياس بطريقة کرونباخ-ألفا وقد بلغت قيمة ألفا (.961). کما يتمتع المقياس بدرجة عالية من الصدق, إذ تم التحقق من دلالات الصدق بثلاث طرق: (أ) صدق الاتساق الداخلى للمقياس؛ حيث تم حساب معاملات الارتباط للفقرات والدرجة الکلية على المقياس تراوحت بين (.335, (.689 وجميعها دال إحصائياً عند مستوى (0.05), (ب) صدق التکوين الفرضى؛ حيث تم حساب الارتباط بين کل بعد والأبعاد الأخرى, وبين کل بعد والدرجة الکلية للمقياس؛ حيث وُجد أن جميع معاملات الارتباط موجبة ودالة إحصائياً عند مستوى (0.05), مما يدل على صدق تکوين فرضى عال, (ج) صدق البناء العاملى باستخدام طريقة المکونات الأساسية Principal Components؛ وتم التدوير المتعامد بطريقة Varimax, وقد تم اختيار المفردات ذات التشبعات التى لا تقل عن (0.3). وفى ضوء النتائج اوصى الباحثان باستخدام المقياس کأداة مقننة للکشف عن مهارات السلوک القيلدى لدى الطلاب المعلمين بکليات التربية.

Abstract:
The present research aims at verifying the availability of some psychometric properties of the leadership behavior scale in terms of its reliability and validity. In addition, the present research aims to identity the order of leadership behavior skills of student teachers , and also to set standards for the scale. In its final form, the scale consists of (83) items distributed in (7) dimensions. The possible responses are measured according to Likert Attitudes Scale, and each answer is assigned a weight as follows: "always"(five degrees),"often"(four degrees), "sometimes" (three degrees), "rarely" (two degrees), and "never" (one degrees). The scale is applied to a sample of (200) student teachers selected randomly.The following results are reached. First, the scale has a high degree of stability since the indications of scale stability are measured using Cronbach_Alpha method, and the value of Alpha reaches (0.961). Second, the scale possesses a high degree of validity, as the indications of validity are verified by three ways demonstrated as follows. (A) The validity of the internal consistency of the scale; the correlation coefficients of items are measured, and the total score for the scale ranges between (0.689_0.335) .They are all statistically significant at the level of (0.05). (B) Construct validity; the correlation is calculated between one dimension and another, and also between each dimension and the total score for the scale; it is found out that all correlation coefficients are positive and statistically significant at the level of (0.05), indicating a high construct validity. (C) Factorial validity; Principal Components Analysis is used;  orthogonal rotation is based on Verimax's method; and items with saturations of no less than (0.3) are selected. In the light of the previous results, the two researchers recommend using the scale as a standardized tool for detecting the leadership behavior skills of student teachers in the Faculties of Education.
