فعالية ما بعدالحداثة فى تنمية مهارات التعلم الفعال لطلاب التعليم الجامعي

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مفهوم ما بعد الحداثة، واهم سماتها ومبادئها، والتعرف على أهم انعکاسات ما بعد الحداثة على التعليم، والکشف عن کيف يمکن للتعليم الجامعي مجابهة تداعيات ما بعد الحداثة. ومن خلال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الاستقرائي، جاءت النتائج تشير إلى أن:
-     التربية ومؤسسات التعليم بصفة عامة ليست بمعزل عما يحدث فى العالم من تغيرات تکنولوجية وعلمية، فالتربية تواجه تحديات مختلفة بين أساليب تربوية حديثة وتقنيات وأفکار ابتکاريه جديدة، تدفع الطلاب للتنافسية والتحدي.
-     مرحلة ما بعد الحداثة تمجد عدم التحديد واللامعنى والتعددية، وتُعلى من قيمة الثقافة والمعرفة فى توجيه المجتمعات.
-     أن التکتلات الاقتصادية والتغير فى القيم المجتمعية، والهيمنة الإعلامية والثورات المعرفية والتکنولوجية من أهم انعکاسات ما بعد الحداثة على المؤسسات التعليمية.
-     تزويد الطلاب بالمعارف والمفاهيم والخبرات الجديدة، يساعده على التکيف مع الظروف السائدة فى المجتمع.
-     إخضاع المؤسسات الجامعية لضبط الجودة يساعد على تحقيق جودة التعليم.
-     إعداد الهيئة التدريسية بما يتماشى مع مرحلة ما بعد الحداثة يساعد على إکساب الطلاب المهارات والخبرات التي تتناسب مع هذه المرحلة.
-     مرحلة ما بعد الحداثة يکتسب فيها الفرد إنتاج الأفکار الجديدة، وتفتح مجالات معرفية جديدة وتکتسب الطالب القدرة على الابتکار والتحدي.
 
 
Abstract
The present study aimed to identify the concept of postmodernity, its characteristics and principles, identify the most important post-modern implications of education, and reveal how university education can cope with postmodern implications. Through the analytical meta-descriptive approach, The results indicate that:
 - Education and educational institutions in general are not isolated from what is happening in the world of technological and scientific changes.
- Education faces different challenges between modern educational methods and new innovative techniques and ideas, which push students to compete and challenge
- Postmodernism glorifies the lack of specificity, meaning and pluralism and transcends the value of culture and knowledge in guiding societies
- Economic blocs, changes in societal values, media hegemony, and cognitive and technological revolutions are among the most important post-modern influences on educational institutions
- Providing students with new knowledge, concepts and experiences, helping them adapt to the prevailing conditions in society.
- Placement of quality control institutions helps to achieve the quality of education
- The preparation of the teaching staff in line with the post-modern phase helps to provide students with the skills and experiences that fit this stage
- Postmodernism in which the individual acquires the production of new ideas, opens up new areas of knowledge and acquires the ability to innovate and challenge
