رؤية استشرافية لتحديد المتطلبات اللازمة لإدارة أصول المعرفة بالمؤسسات الأکاديمية والتعليمية تحقيقاً للتنمية المستدامة (جامعة أم القرى نموذجاً)

يهدف هذا البحث إلي صياغة رؤية استشرافية لتحديد المتطلبات اللازمة لإدارة أصول المعرفة بالمؤسسات الأکاديمية والتعليمية تحقيقاً للتنمية المستدامة(جامعة أم القرى نموذجاً) وذلک من خلال التعرف على:

الإطار المفاهيمي الحاکم لمفهوم إدارة أصول المعرفة.
محتويات إدارة أصول المعرفة بالمؤسسات الأکاديمية والتعليمية.
طبيعة العلاقة بين جامعة أم القرى وإدارتها لأصولها المعرفية تحقيقاً لمفهوم التنمية المستدامة.
الإجراءات المتبعة لإدارة أصول المعرفة بجامعة أم القرى من خلال دراسة وتحليل واقعها الحالى.
المتطلبات اللازمة لإدارة أصول المعرفة بالمؤسسات الأکاديمية والتعليمية تحقيقاً للتنمية المستدامة.

وقد استخدم البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي؛ لأنه المنهج الذي يتلاءم مع طبيعة البحث.
وقد اقتصر البحث على إبراز دور المؤسسات الأکاديمية والتعليمية في إدارة أصولها المعرفية تحقيقاً لمفهوم التنمية المستدامة، وانعکاساتها على الواقع المعاصر لهذه المؤسسات، وسوف يُرکز البحث على تجربة جامعة أم القرى في إدارة أصول المعرفة کَمُدخل لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة.
وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية:
(1)   أن مفهوم إدارة أصول المعرفة، لا يتم تداوله في المؤسسات الأکاديمية والتعليمية، على الرغم من أن المعرفة وإدارة أصولها عبارة عن حقل معرفي خصب له فلسفته ونظرياته وأسسه.
(2)   أصبحت إدارة أصول المعرفة ضرورة لا يمکن الاستغناء عنها في بيئة الأعمال الإدارية الحالية ولاسيما المؤسسات الأکاديمية والتعليمية باعتبارها منظمات مجتمعية تربوية تعمل على إعداد کوادر بشرية مؤهلة للقيام بحرکة التنمية المستدامة داخل المجتمع.
(3)   أن إدارة أصول المعرفة تتعامل وفق منهجية علمية تعتمد على التنظيم والتوليد والمشارکة للمعرفة وأصولها مع المعارف والموارد البشرية، وکذلک المجتمع المحيط بها تحقيقاً للميزة التنافسية المستدامة.
(4)   تمتلک جامعة أم القرى کمؤسسة أکاديمية تعليمية بنية أساسية معرفية قوية لتأهيل العنصر البشري للعمل في ظل اقتصاد المعرفة من ناحية، والمساهمة في حرکة التنمية المستدامة من ناحية أخري خاصة في ظل تطلعات المملکة؛ لتحقيق تنمية شاملة ومستدامة وفق رؤيتها (2030).
(5)   أن حرکة التنمية المستدامة تعتمد على تنمية رأس المال البشري الفکري، لکونه العنصر الفاعل والمسؤول عنها؛ لذلک فقد وضعتها المؤسسات في بؤرة الاهتمام من خلال تقديم کافة التسهيلات والامکانات اللازمة لإدارتها بکفاءة عالية خاصة وأنها أهم مدخلات العملية التعليمية.
لذلک يقدم البحث رؤية استشرافية لتحديد المتطلبات اللازمة لإدارة أصول المعرفة بالمؤسسات الأکاديمية والتعليمية تحقيقاً للتنمية المستدامة (جامعة أم القرى نموذجاً).
 
Abstract
Research Aims:
This is research aims to formulate forward-looking vision to determine the necessary requirements to assets management knowledge in academic and educational institutions to achieve sustainable development (umm AlQura university model) by identifying the :

Ruling conceptual framework of the concept of knowledgement assets.
The content s of knowledge management assets in the academic and educational institutions
The nature of the relationship between the Umm AlQura university and management of knowledge assets to achieve the concept of sustainable development.
Procedures for the management of knowledge assets Umm AlQura university through the study and analysis of the current reality.
Necessary requirements to knowledge management assets in the academic and educational institutions to achieve sustainable development.

Method used :
Current research used the descriptive method because this method fits with the nature of research.
The research has been limited To emphasis the role of academic and educational institutions in cognitive assets management an investigation the concept of sustainable development and its impact on the contemporary reality of these institutions. The research will focus on the experience of Umm AlQura university in the management of knowledge assets as entry to achieve sustainable development.
Results of research:

The concept of knowledge mangements assets are not traded in the academic and educational institutions in spite of that knowledge and management of its assets is afertile filed  and he own his philosophy and his theories and foundations.
Knowledge assets management has become necessity that cannot be dispensed in the current administrive business environment, particularly the academic and educational institutions as educational community -based  organizations working to prepare qualified human cadres to carry out the sustainable development movement in the community.
The knowledge assets management deals according to scientific methodology depends on the organization and generating and sharing Of knowledge and assets with the knowledge and human resources ,as well as the surrounding  community for sustainable competitive advantage.
Umm AlQura university have an educational academic institution and own astrong knowledge infrastructure cognitive strong for the rehabilitations of the human element of action in light of the knowledge economy on the one hand . and contributing to the sustainable development, In light of the aspirations of the Kingdom  to achieve comprehensive and sustainable development in accordance with the vision (2030).
The movement of sustainable development depends on human capital and intellectual development  being active and responsible for them the element,so the institutions focus of attention by providing all the necessary facilities to mange them efficiently because it is the most important input to the educational process.

So, the research provide forward-looking vision to clear the necessary requirements for the management of knowledge assets in the academic and educational institutions to achieve sustainable development(Umm Al Qura university model)
