تقويم الکفاءة النوعية(الداخلية) لبرنامج الماجستير الموازي في کلية التربية بجامعة الملک سعود -من وجهة نظر الطلبة

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى الکفاءة النوعية الداخلية  لبرنامج الماجستير الموازي في قسم الإدارة التربوية في جامعة الملک سعود من وجهة نظر الطلبة ،والکشف عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة ( α ≤0.05) بين استجابات أفراد العينة في تقويمهم مستوى الکفاءة النوعية الداخلية  لبرنامج الماجستير الموازي في قسم الإدارة التربوية في جامعة الملک سعود ترجع لمتغيري الجنس والوظيفة ،والتعرف على أهم المقترحات لتطوير برنامج الماجستير الموازي في قسم الإدارة التربوية للرفع من کفاءته النوعية الداخلية. وتکون مجتمع الدراسة من (92 )طالب و( 87)طالبة  التحقوا بالبرنامج.وتم إنتهاج المنهج الوصفي المسحي والاستبانة کأداة للدراسة وزع منها (115) والعائد منها (110) والصالح منها للتحليل (108). وإنتهت لجملة من النتائج أهمها :
 

أن الکفاءة الداخلية النوعية لبرامج الدراسات العليا الموازية في کلية التربية بجامعة الملک سعود جاءت متوسطة، وکان ترتيب مجالات الدراسة کالتالي: مجال "الخطة الدراسية والمقررات" في المرتبة الأولى من حيث الکفاءة ومجال "أساليب التدريس والتقنيات المستخدمة" في المرتبة  الثانية، ومجال "أساليب التقويم" في المرتبة الثالثة ، ومجال "الإشراف على مشاريع التخرج" في المرتبة الرابعة ، وفي المرتبة الخامسة والأخيرة جاء مجال "البحث العلمي" .
لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد العينة ترجع لمتغير( الجنس، الوظيفة) في جميع مجالات الدراسة.
أظهرت النتائج أن أفراد العينة من الطلبة يؤيدون جميع المقترحات بدرجة متوسطة، أهمها إيجاد آلية للاستفادة من المکتبة المرکزية في الفترة المسائية، التقويم المستمر لبرامج التعليم الموازي ، الاستفادة من تجارب الدول المتقدمة لوضع اللوائح المنظمة للبرنامج.

 
   وعلي ضوء النتائج التي أسفرت عنها الدراسة تم التوصل إلى التوصيات التالية:

إيجاد آلية للاستفادة من المکتبة المرکزية في الفترة المسائية.
التقويم المستمر لبرامج التعليم الموازي بغرض تطويرها بما يتوافق مع احتياجات المجتمع المتغيرة.
أن يکون الهدف من المشاريع التي يقوم بها الطلبة النشر في المجلات العلمية.
ربط برنامج التعليم الموازي باحتياج المؤسسات التربوية.

ABSTRACT
    The study aimed to determine the level of internal qualitative efficiency of the MASTER’S DEGREE PARALLEL PROGRAM in Educational Administration Department at King Saud University, from the perspective of students. It also aimed to detect the presence of statistically significant differences, at the level of significance (α ≤0.05) among respondents’ responses in their assessment of the level of internal qualitative efficiency of the MASTER’S DEGREE PARALLEL PROGRAM, due to the variables of gender and occupation, and to provide the most important proposals for the development of the MASTER’S DEGREE PARALLEL PROGRAM in Educational Administration Department at King Saud University to upgrade its internal qualitative efficiency. Population: The study population consisted of (92) student (87) student enrolled in the program. Methodology & Tool: The method of this study is the “Descriptive Survey Method” and its tool is the “questionnaire”. 115) questionnaires were distributed from which (110) were returned them. Questionnaires valid for analysis are (108).
Findings:

The internal qualitative efficiency of the higher education programs in the College of Education at King Saud University was average. The order of the study areas were as follows: "Study Plan and Course" came in the first place in terms of efficiency, "Teaching Methods used Techniques" in the second place, "Assessment Methods "in the third place, "Supervision on graduation projects" in the fourth place, and "Scientific Research" came in the fifth and last place.
There were no significant differences between respondents’ responses due to the variables of “gender” or “occupation” in all of the study areas.
The results showed that the respondents/students supported all proposals with average degree, most importantly developing a mechanism to take advantage of the central library in the evening, performing regular assessment of parallel education programs, and taking advantage of the developed countries’ experiences to draft regulations for the program.

on light of the study findings, below are the recommendations for future work:

To develop a mechanism to take advantage of the central library in the evening.
To perform regular assessment of parallel education programs in order to develop them in line with the changing needs of community.
The projects of projects carried out by the students should be aimed at publication in scientific journals.
To connect the PARALLEL EDUCATION PROGRAM with the requirements of the educational institutions.
