درجة توافر مهارات توظيف السبورة الذکية لدى معلمي العلوم ومعوقات استخدامها في مدارس المرحلة الثانوية بدولة الکويت

هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف مستوى امتلاک معلمي العلوم في مدارس المرحلة الثانوية بدولة الکويت لمهارات استخدام السبورة الذکية وأهم معوقات الاستخدام. وقد تکونت العينة من (180) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي العلوم في المرحلة الثانوية بدولة الکويت، طبقت عليهم أداة الدراسة في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 2017/2018. وکشفت النتائج أن معلمي العلوم في المرحلة الثانوية بدولة الکويت يمتلکون مهارات استخدام السبورة الذکية بدرجة متوسطة، وأن هناک مجموعة من المعوقات التي تواجه عملية الاستخدام في الواقع المدرسي بدرجة کبيرة. وقد وجدت هناک علاقة ارتباط دالة بين معوقات استخدام السبورة الذکية ودرجة امتلاک المعلمين لمهارات استخدامها وتوظيفها في العملية التدريسية داخل القاعات الدراسية. وقد تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات العينة حول امتلاکهم مهارات استخدام السبورة الذکية وحول وجود مجموعة من المعيقات التي تواجه عملية استخدام السبورة الذکية تبعا للمتغيرات (النوع- المؤهل العلمي – المنطقة التعليمية) بينما تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول امتلاک المعلمين لمهارات استخدام السبورة الذکية تبعا لمتغير عدد سنوات الخدمة لصالح متوسطات المعلمين ذوي عدد سنوات الخدمة الأقل من 10 سنوات.

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the level of possession of science teachers in  secondary schools in Kuwait for the skills of using the smart board and the main Problems to use. The sample consisted of (180) teachers and teachers of science in the secondary stage in the State of Kuwait, applied to the study tool in the first semester of the academic year 2017/2018. The results revealed that the science teachers in the secondary stage in Kuwait have the skills of using the smart board medium, and that there are a range of obstacles that face the process of use in the school reality to a large extent. A significant correlation was found between the constraints of the use of the smart board and the degree to which teachers had the skills to use it and to use it in the teaching process within classrooms. There were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample on possessing the skills of using the smart board and the existence of a set of obstacles facing the use of smart board according to the variables (type - educational qualification - the educational area), while there were differences of statistical significance about the possession of teachers For the skills of using the smart board according to the variable number of years of service in favor of the average teachers with years of service less than 10 years.
