درجة إسهام القيادات المدرسية في تعزيز العمل التطوعي في البيئة المدرسية من وجهة نظر معلمات المرحلة الثانوية في مدينة الرياض

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة إسهام القيادات المدرسية في تعزيز العمل التطوعي من خلال المجتمع، والمنهج، والأنشطة الطلابية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واستخدمت الدراسة الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، وتکوّن مجتمع الدارسة من جميع معلمات المرحلة الثانوية في مدينة الرياض، والبالغ عددهن)9335) معلمة خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 1439/1440ه. وتکونت عينة الدراسة من عينة عشوائية يبلغ عددها (368) معلمة. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن درجة إسهام القيادات المدرسية في تعزيز العمل التطوعي من خلال المجتمع والمنهج والأنشطة الطلابية (عالية). وأوصت الدراسة بتشجيع الإدارة المدرسية من خلال الحوافز بأنواعها بزيادة الاهتمام بالمجتمع ليکون لها الدور الکبير في التقدم والعطاء والتغيير من خلال العمل التطوعي. وضرورة الترکيز على أهمية دور الطلبة تجاه الوطن وتنمية حب الوطن والمشارکة في الاعمال التطوعية.

Abstract:
 The study aimed to identify the degree of the contribution of school leaders in promoting voluntary work through society, curriculum, and student activities. To achieve the aims of the study, the survey descriptive approach was followed. The study used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The study community consisted of all secondary school teachers in the city of Riyadh, who numbered (9335) female teachers during the first semester of the academic year 1439/1440 AH. The study sample consisted of a random sample of (368) female teachers. The results have shown that the degree of school leaders' contribution to promoting volunteerism through society, curriculum and student activities (high). The study recommended encouraging school administration through incentives of all kinds to increase interest in society so that it has a great role in progress, giving and change through volunteer work. And the need to focus on the importance of the students ’role towards the country, develop patriotism, and participate in volunteer work.
