برنامج مقترح في الدراسات الاجتماعية في ضوء مبادئ القانون الدولي الإنساني لتنمية بعض القيم العالمية لدي تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية

هدفت الدراسة إلي بناء برنامج مقترح في الدراسات الاجتماعية في ضوء مبادئ القانون الدولي الإنساني، وقياس فاعليته في تنمية بعض القيم العالمية لدي تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي ذو التصميم شبه التجريبي، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (40) تلميذًا من تلاميذ الصف الثاني الإعدادي بمدرسة علي مبارک الإعدادية المشترکة بمحافظة الإسماعيلية، وخلصت الدراسة إلي النتائج الآتية:
-   وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا عند مستوي دلالة (α≤0.01) بين متوسطات درجات التلاميذ مجموعة البحث في القياسين القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي (فهم مبادئ القانون الدولي الإنساني) لصالح درجات التلاميذ في القياس البعدي". 
-   وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا عند مستوي دلالة (α≤0.01) بين متوسطات درجات التلاميذ مجموعة البحث في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار مواقف القيم العالمية ککل وفي أبعاده الفرعية لصالح درجات التلاميذ في القياس البعدي".
    وخرجت الدراسة بعدة توصيات، منها: تقويم مناهج الدراسات الاجتماعية في مختلف المراحل التعليمية في ضوء قائمتي مبادئ القانون الدولي الإنساني، والقيم العالمية، وضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية وورش عمل لمعلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية لتدريبهم علي کيفية التعامل مع مبادئ القانون الدولي الإنساني والقيم العالمية، تخطيطًا وتنفيذًا وتقويمًا.

A proposed Program in Social Studies in view of Principles of international humanitarian law for developing some universal values of Preparatory Stage Students
 
Abstract:
     The study aimed at developingsome universal valuesand of Preparatory Stage Students adopting a proposedProgram in Social Studies in view of Principles of international humanitarian law. A quasi experiment was used with (40) Preparatory Stage Students in Ali Mubarak Preparatory Comixed School in Ismailia. The study revealed the following findings:
   

There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the mean scores of the pre & post measurements in the achievement test (Understand the principles of international humanitarian law) in favor of the post measurement.
There are statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the mean scores of the pre & post measurements in the Universal Values test in favor of the post measurement.

 
    Accordingly, the study recommends that: Curriculum evaluation of social studies at various educational levels in view of Principles of international humanitarian law and universal values be made.Also, holding training sessions and instructional workshops shoude take place by Ministry of Education to train the in-service history teachers on using Principles of international humanitarian law while teaching in order to develop the Students’ Universal values.
