مدى توافر کفايات تکنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات لدى معلمي الحاسوب في المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الکويت من وجهة نظر رؤساء أقسامهم

استهدفت الدراسة الکشف عن درجة توافر کفايات تکنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات لدى معلمي الحاسوب في المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الکويت من وجهة نظر رؤساء أقسامهم، بالإضافة إلى معرفة أثر کل من النوع، وسنوات الخبرة، والعمر، والمناطق التعليمية. وقد استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة؛ وذلک من خلال تطبيق استبانة مکونة من (41) عبارة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور؛ هي: کفايات تکنولوجيا المعلومات، کفايات تکنولوجيا الاتصالات وکفايات تکنولوجيا التعليم لتدريس الحاسوب. أجريت الدراسة على (35) رئيس قسم لمادة الحاسوب قاموا بتقييم أداء (192) معلم حاسوب في المرحلة المتوسطة تحت إشرافهم. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة توافر کفايات تکنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات لدى معلمي الحاسوب في المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الکويت مرتفعة من وجهة نظر رؤساء أقسامهم؛ کما أسفرت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير النوع لکل من مجموع الکفايات، ومجالاته الفرعية. کما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المعلمين تبعا لسنوات الخبرة في کفايات تکنولوجيا الاتصالات، وکفايات تکنولوجيا تعليم الحاسوب، والاستبانة الکلية للکفايات لصالح ذوي الخبرة الأکثر. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تنظيم دورات تدريبية في تطبيق التعليم الإلکتروني لمعلمي الحاسوب لإکسابهم کفايات تکنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات.

Abstract:
This study aimed to reveal the degree of availability of information and communication technology competencies among ICT teachers in the intermediate level in Kuwait. In addition, the study attempt to examine the effect of several variables:  gender, experience, age and Educational Governorates. The researchers used the descriptive approach to achieve the objectives of the study through the application of a questionnaire consisting of (41) items; divided into three axes: the information technology competencies, the communication technology competencies, and the teaching technology competencies. The study was applied to a sample of (35) ICT head teaches assessed (192) ICT teachers in intermediate level in Kuwait. The results of the study showed that the degree of availability of information and communication technology competencies among ICT teachers in the intermediate level is high. The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences due to the gender variable for each of the total competencies and its sub domains.The result also indicated statistically significant differences between the teachers according to their experience in the communication technology competencies, and the teaching technology competencies, and the overall questionnaire of competencies. The study recommended to organize training courses in the application of e-learning for ICT teachers to equip them with information and communication technology competencies.
