جامعة العمر الثالث ، صيغة مقترحة لتفعيل التعليم المستمر مدى الحياة کأحد متطلبات مجتمع المعرفة

هدف هذا البحث إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتطبيق صيغة جامعة العمر الثالث کأحد الصيغ الحديثة في تحقيق مبدأ التعليم للجميع ، وتفعيلا للتعليم المستمر مدى الحياة الذي يمثل رکيزة أساسية من الرکائز التي يقوم عليها مجتمع المعرفة ، من خلال توضيح ماهية جامعة العمر الثالث ودورها في تحقيق مبدأ التعليم المستمر ، بالإضافة إلى تحليل واقع ممارسات تعليم کبار السن من فئة العمر الثالث في المجتمع المصري والتي أوضح البحث أن غالبيتها يرکز على برامج محو الأمية فقط ، حتى إن بعض برامج تعليم کبار السن التي تنظمها الجامعات کثيرا ما تفتقر إلى معايير تعليم الکبار ، مما يحتم ضرورة نشر الوعي بأهمية تعليم کبار السن من فئة العمر الثالث وتفعيل دورهم في عمليات التنمية المجتمعية ، حيث تمثل جامعة العمر الثالث شکلا من أشکال تعليم کبار السن في المرحلة العمرية من سن 50 إلى 75 عاما بإتاحة الفرصة لهم لممارسة الهوايات والمهارات التي لم يکونوا يمارسونها خلال مراحل حياتهم السابقة بسبب ضيق الوقت أو غيره ، فضلا عن إکسابهم المعارف والمهارات التي لم يکتسبوها من قبل والتي تم استحداثها بفعل التغيرات الاجتماعية والمعرفية المتلاحقة التي يفرضها مجتمع المعرفة ، وقد انتهى البحث بوضع ملمحين للتصور المقترح لتطبيق جامعة العمر الثالث في المجتمع المصري تمثلا في : إلحاق جامعات العمر الثالث بالجامعات الخاصة تفعيلا لدورها المجتمعي بالإضافة إلى تحويل أندية ودور المسنين إلى جامعات للعمر الثالث ، مما يساعد على تحقيق الانتشار الجغرافي الواسع لهذه النوعية من الجامعات في المجتمع المصري.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to develop a proposed vision for applying the Third Age University formula as one of the modern formulations in achieving the principle of "Education For All" , And to activate lifelong learning which is a fundamental pillar of the knowledge society, By clarifying what is the Third Age University and its role in achieving the principle of "Continuous Education", In addition to analysis the reality of the educational practices of the elderly in the third age group in Egyptian society which The research indicated that most of them focus on literacy programs only, and that some of the adult educational programs in the universities often lack the standards of adult education.
So that , There is an important to raise awareness of educating older persons in the third age group and to activate their role in community development processes , The Third Age University forms a form of education for older people between the ages of 50 and 75 years by allowing them to practice hobbies and skills that they did not exercise during the previous stages of their lives due to lack of time or other, As well as the acquisition of knowledge and skills that they did not acquire, Which was created by the social and cognitive changes that the knowledge society imposed.
So the research ended with the development of two indicators for the proposed scenario of applying the Third Age University in Egyptian society, And the transformation of clubs and homes for the elderly to universities for the third age, which helps to achieve the wide geographical spread of this type of universities in Egyptian society.
