درجة مساهمة عمادة خدمة المجتمع والتعليم المستمر – جامعه حائل في تنمية المجتمع المحلي

هدفت هذه الدراسة الىدرجة مساهمة عمادة خدمة المجتمع والتعليم المستمر – جامعه حائل في تنمية المجتمع المحلي  .
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي ،وتم بناء استبانة الدراسة تکونت من 4 مجالات و(32) فقرة موزعة کالاتي هي : (الاستشارات وتقديم الخبرات,التدريب والتأهيل,البحوث ودراسة القضايا في المجتمع , مجال الشراکة مع مؤسسات المجتمع المحلي.) وتم التأکد من صدقها وثباتها .
تکون مجتمع الدراسة من (58 ) من المشارکين في دورات وبرامج عمادة خدمة المجتمع المحلي في جامعه حائل .
وأهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة :
-         إن درجة مساهمة عمادة خدمة المجتمع المحلي والتعليم المستمر – بجامعه حائل في تنمية المجتمع المحلي من وجهة نظر المشارکين جاءت بدرجه متوسط للأداة ککل.
-         حيث حصل مجال ( الاستشارات وتقديم الخبرات ) على أعلى متوسط حسابي ، بينما حصل مجال (الشراکة مع مؤسسات المجتمع المحلي) على أدنى متوسط حسابي  .
-         عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (a = 0.05) تعزى لأثر الجنس في جميع المجالات.
-         وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (a = 0.05) تعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي  في جميع المجالات، وجاءت الفروق لصالح أکثر من ثانوي
وأوصت الدراسة :
1-  الاطلاع على تجارب الجامعات المخضرمة في خدمة المجتمع المحلي والاطلاع على تجاربها الناجحة .
2-  العمل على توسعه أبواب الدورات ونقلها الى فروع الجامعة البعيدة عن المرکز الرئيسي .

Abstract

This study aimed at the contribution degree of the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education - Hail University in the development of the local community.
In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach has been used. The questionnaire was constructed from 4 areas and 32 paragraphs distributed as follows: (Consultations and provision of expertise, training and qualification, research and study of issues in the community, partnership with local community institutions). They all confirmed to be true and constant.
The study community consists of (58) participants in the courses and programs of the Deanship of Community Service in Hail University.
The main findings of the study:
-The contribution of the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education - Hail University in the development of the community from the point of view of the participants came at an average as a whole.
-The field of (consultancy and expertise) came at the highest arithmetic average, while the area of partnership with community institutions came at the lowest average
-No statistically significant differences (a= 0.05) due to the impact of sex in all field.
-There were statistically significant differences (a= 0.05) due to the effect of academic qualification in all fields, and the differences were in favor of more than secondary.
 
The study recommended:
1. Review the experiences of the distinguished universities in serving the local community and learn from their successful experiences.
2. Provide and share more training with other branches of the university away from the main campus.
