هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة الفروق بين مدراء ووکلاء المدارس المعتمدة وغير المعتمدة بمحافظة دمياط في (التفکير الاستراتيجي –صنع القرار). وتحديد العلاقة بين درجاتهم على مقياس التفکير الاستراتيجي ودرجاتهم على مقياس صنع القرار و استخدمت  الدراسة مقياسي(التفکير الاستراتيجي – صنع القرار) وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (120) مديرا ووکيلا من مدراء ووکلاء المدارس الابتدائية  المعتمدة وغير المعتمدة بمحافظة دمياط، .وتوصلت الدراسة الحالية الى النتائج الاتية: - "توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى (0,01) بين متوسطي درجات مدراء ووکلاء المدارس المعتمدة وغير المعتمدة من هيئة ضمان الجودة والاعتماد على مقياسي ( التفکير الاستراتيجي و صنع القرار)  لصالح مدراء ووکلاء المدارس المعتمدة کما توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة عند مستوى (0,01) بين درجات مدراء ووکلاء المدارس المعتمدة ،على مقياسي ( التفکير الاستراتيجي و صنع القرار).

    Abstract:                                                                                                
The aim of this study was to identify the differences between the principals and agents of the approved and non-accredited schools in Damietta Governorate (strategic thinking - decision making). The study used (strategic thinking - decision-making scale). The study sample consisted of (120) principals and a number of principals and agents of primary schools accredited and not accredited in Damietta governorate. The results are as follows: - There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the average grades of principals and agents of schools approved and not approved by the quality assurance authority and relying on the criteria of (strategic thinking and decision-making) for the principals and agents of approved schools and there is a relationship of rank Yeh positive function at the level (0.01) between the scores of managers and agents accredited schools, the Standart (strategic thinking and decision-making(.
