الثقافة التنظيمية وعلاقتها بالفاعلية الإدارية لدى قادة المدارس بمحافظة القرى من وجهة نظر المعلمين

هدفت الدراسة إلى عما إذا کان هناک علاقة ارتباطية بين الثقافة التنظيمية السائدة في مدارس محافظة القرى و الفاعلية الإدارية من وجهة نظر المعلمين . وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي في صورته الارتباطية، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من 226 معلماَ، وطبقت أداة الدراسة ( استبانة ) مکونه من 41  فقرة  موزعة على سبع مجالات ( ثقافة السياسات الإدارية التنظيمية، ثقافة المهمة، ثقافة العمليات، ثقافة العلاقات الإنسانية، التخطيط والبناء، التدريب والتطوير، تقويم الأداء)، و أظهرت النتائج أن الثقافة التنظيمية السائدة في مدارس محافظة القرى جاءت بدرجة کبيرة وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ 3.97 وانحراف معياري 0.11، کما جاءت الفاعلية الإدارية  بدرجة کبيرة وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ 3.99 وانحراف معياري 0.03 ، ولم تکشف الدراسة عن فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية  بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول الثقافة التنظيمية السائدة في مدارس محافظة القرى تبعا لمتغير المراحل التعليمية  وبالمثل لم تکشف الدراسة عن فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول الفاعلية الإدارية في مدارس محافظة القرى تبعا لمتغير المراحل التعليمية، وفى المقابل کشفت الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول الثقافة التنظيمية السائدة في مدارس محافظة القرى تبعا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح فئة 10 سنوات فأکثر، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول الفاعلية الإدارية  تبعا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح فئة 10 سنوات  فأکثر، وفي ضوء النتائج توصي الدراسة بالاستمرار في ممارسة الثقافة التنظيمية في المدارس لما لها من أثر على تحسن الفاعلية الإدارية  لدى المعلمين.
Abstract
The organizational culture and its relation to administrative Efficiency for School Leaders at al-qura schoolsfrom the teachers viewpoint
 
        The study aimed to uncover the correlation relationship between the degree of organizational culture practice Al-qara schools and the exercise of administrative effectiveness of teachers the researcher used. The correlation descriptive approach, the study sample consisted of (226) teachers, a questionnaire was used, consisting of (41) paragraphs divided into seven fields (Organizational management policy culture, mission culture, process culture, human relations culture, planning and construction, training and development, performance evaluation) the results showed that the application of organizational culture at Al-qara schools came to a great extent with an average of (3.97), the exercise of administrative efficiency came to a great extent with an average of (3.99), there were no statistically significant differences at the level of function  in the degree of responses of members of the study sample to the degree of application of organizational culture at Al-qara schools depending on the variable educational stages, there were no statistically significant differences at the level of function  In contrast, the study showed that of responses of members of the study sample to the degree of application of administrative effectiveness at Al-qara schools depending on the variable educational stages, there were statistically significant differences at the level of function  in the degree of responses of members of the study sample to the degree of application of organizational culture at Al-qara schools depending on the variable years of experience for the benefit of the 10 years and over, there were statistically significant differences at the level of the function  In the degree of responses of members of the study sample to the degree of application of administrative effectiveness at Al-qara schools depending on the variable years of experience in favor of the 10 years and above category, According to the findings, the study recommends continuing the practice of organizational culture in schools because of their impact on improving the administrative effectiveness of teachers.
