واقع إدارة خدمات النقل المدرسي في إدارات التعليم بالمملکة العربية السعودية

هدفت الدراسة تقديم مقترحات تسهم في تطوير إدارة خدمات النقل المدرسي في إدارات التعليم بالمملکة العربية السعودية،  وذلک من خلال الکشف عن واقع إدارة خدمات النقل المدرسي في إدارات التعليم،  وتحديد الصعوبات التي تواجهها.
واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي،  وتم بناء استبانة،  وأُجرى عليها اختبارات الصدق والثبات وتم توزيعها على جميع مشرفي النقل المدرسي في إدارات التعليم في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الجامعي 1439/ 1440هـ وعددهم (60) مشرفاً،  وخلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج منها أن واقع إدارة خدمات النقل المدرسي في إدارات التعليم بعد إسنادها للقطاع الخاص من وجهة نظر مشرفي النقل المدرسي جاء بدرجة متوسطة،  وأن هناک صعوبات بدرجة کبيرة تواجه إدارة خدمات النقل المدرسي في إدارات التعليم بعد إسنادها للقطاع الخاص.
وأوصت الدراسة بتقديم التحفيز المادي والمعنوي من قبل الجهات المسئولة للعاملين في إدارة خدمات النقل المدرسي في إدارات التعليم،  وزيادة عدد البرامج التدريبية المتاحة لهم وتوفير السائقين المؤهلين، وزيادة عدد المشرفين التربويين في إدارة خدمات النقل المدرسي في إدارات التعليم.

ABSTRACT
The current study aimed at providing suggestions that may contribute to developing the management of school transportation services in the education management sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia via revealing the status-quo of the management of school transport services in the education management sectors and identifying the difficulties encountered. The study made use of the descriptive method and a questionnaire was developed for fulfilling the study purpose after assuring its validity and reliability. The questionnaire was completed by all the transport supervisors in the education management sector during the first semester of the academic year 1439/1440 A.H. (totaling 60 supervisors). The results of the study revealed that the status-quo of school transport services in the education management sectors after passing down such services to be controlled by the private sector from the viewpoint of school transport supervisors was average. Furthermore, there were many great difficulties facing the management of school transport services in the departments of education management sectors. The study recommended providing financial and moral incentives for the workers via the responsible sectors in the educational management sectors, increasing the number of training programs available for them, providing qualified drivers and increasing the number of educational supervisors in the education management sectors in the education management sectors.
