درجة ممارسة القيادات التربوية في وزارة التربية الکويتية للقيادة الأخلاقية وعلاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي من وجهة نظر الموظفين

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى العلاقة بين درجة ممارسة القيادات التربوية في وزارة التربية الکويتية للقيادة الأخلاقية ومستوى الأداء الوظيفي من وجهة نظر الموظفين. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، حيث طبقت أداة الدراسة على عينة اختيرت بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، بلغ عدد أفرادها (387) موظفًا وموظفة في مختلف إدارات الوزارة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة القيادة الأخلاقية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، کما إن مستوى الأداء الوظيفي في وزارة التربية الکويتية جاء بدرجة متوسطة. وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابيه دالة إحصائيا بين درجة ممارسة القيادات التربوية في وزارة التربية الکويتية للقيادة الأخلاقية وبين مستوى الأداء الوظيفي. وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات منها: دعوة وزارة التربية الکويتية لتضمين القيادة الأخلاقية بکافة أبعادها في خططها الاستراتيجية المستقبلية بهدف تحقيق أفضل أداء وظيفي ممکن في مختلف أقسامها.

The Degree of Educational Leaders practices in The Ministry of Education in Kuwait of Ethical Leadership and its Relationship to Job Performance as Perceived by Employees
Abstract: The aim of the study is to investigate  the relationship between the degree of practice of educational leaders in the Kuwaiti Ministry of Education for ethical leadership and the level of performance as perceived by employees. The study adopted the descriptive correlation approach; as the questionnaire was administrated on  a sample chosen by the random stratified method totaling  (387) employees in different departments of the ministry. The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing ethical leadership is in an average degree, and the level of performance in the Ministry of Education of Kuwait is in an average level. The results showed a statistically significant positive relationship between the degree of the educational leadership in the Kuwaiti Ministry of Education for ethical leadership and the level of performance. In light of the results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations, including: Inviting the Kuwaiti Ministry of Education to include ethical leadership in all its dimensions in its future strategic plans in order to achieve the best possible job performance in all its sections.
