جهود المملکة العربية السعودية في التصدي للإرهاب الفکري. من خلال مؤسساتها التربوية في ضوء الإعلام الجديد ( شبکات التواصل الاجتماعي )

هدف هذا البحث إلى ايضاح جهود المملکة العربية السعودية في التصدي للإرهاب الفکري من خلال مؤسساتها التربوية في ضوء مايسمى بالإعلام الجديد( شبکات التواصل الاجتماعي ) واستخدم الباحث المنهج التاريخي .
وتوصل إلى نتائج  من أهمها أن الإرهاب الفکري من أشد أنواع الإرهاب ضراوة وفتکــاً بالشـباب متخذاً شبکات التواصل الاجتماعي أرض خصبة له ،حيث تم استغلالها استغلالاً سيـئاً في بث رسائل شبهات وفتاوى التکفير والترويج للفکر الإرهابي مستهدفين بالدرجة الأولى شباب هذه البلاد ،وتعتبر المملکة العربية السعودية نموذجاً يحتذى به في التصدي للإرهاب الفکري من خلال مؤسساتها التربوية  وقد أوصى الباحث بضرورة إنشاء جهة عليا توثق جهود المملکة ودورها المحوري والعظيم في مکافحة الإرهاب بکافة أشکاله ومن ذلک الإرهاب الفکري  ، وبضرورة ربط المؤسسات التربوية بقطاعات المجتمع الأخرى لتتکامل الأدوار في التصدي لهذا الفکر ،وأوصى المؤسسات الإعلامية بتحري الدقة عنـد نقل الحدث الإرهابي عند عرضه وتحليله کي لا يتحول الحدث إلى دعاية للمنظمـات الإرهابية .

The efforts of KSA in Confronting  Ideological Terrorism by its Educational Institutes in Light of the Modern Media-Services(  Social-Media Channels)
 
Abstract
                                                                                                                          
The main goal of the study lies in unveiling the efforts exerted in fighting ideological terrorism through different Saudi educational institutes based on what is so-called the new media phase which is the channels of social media, using the historical approach. KSA plays a central role in confronting  ideological terrorism and its proponents  on different levels. The study shows that ideological terrorism is the most aggressive type for which they use channels of social media to spread letters of skepticism and Fatwas of unbelieving people calling for their ideology among the young men of this country in particular. The study recommends establish an authorized organization to document the efforts of Saudi Arabia in fighting terrorism in all its forms including the ideological one as well as connect the educational institutes with other sections of the society for complementary roles. It also recommends institutions of mass media precisely present and describe any terrorist event and not exaggerate it avoiding the propaganda for them.
