أهمية إکساب وتنمية بعض القيم الاجتماعية لطلاب کليات التربية بمصر في مواجهة تداعيات بعض المتغيرات المجتمعية المعاصرة

تسعى کليات التربية إلى المحافظة على مقومات الشخصية الوطنية في إطار من الانفتاح على معالم الثقافات والحضارات الأخرى، مما قد يُلقي مزيدًا من المسئوليات على کليات التربية والتي ينبغي أن تُعنى بتحمل مسئولياتها وتبعاتها في إکساب طلابها المعارف والمهارات والقيم الاجتماعية التي تُسهم بشکل کبير وفاعل في تنمية شخصية معلمي المستقبل بمنهجية شاملة ومتکاملة ومتوازنة، من خلال إثراء بيئات التعلم الجامعية بالقدوة والنموذج الصالح وتحسين الممارسات الحقيقية للقيم الاجتماعية في المواقف الاجتماعية المتنوعة من خلال سلوکيات القيادة الجامعية الواعية وممارسات أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وممارسة الأنشطة الترويحية والاجتماعية القادرة على تحسين قدرات طلاب کليات التربية على التواصل الاجتماعي، والمشارکة الفاعلة في تطوير وتنمية المجتمع وممارسة العمل الخيري والعمل التطوعي النافع، مما قد يُسهم بشکل واضح في تحسين ممارسات معلمي المستقبل الاجتماعية والتربوية والتدريسية والتنموية والإرشادية ومن ثم جودة العملية التعليمية وجودة الحياة؛ ولذا فإن البحث يستهدف الکشف عن أهم القيم الاجتماعية المقترحة التي يمکن تنميتها لدى طلاب کليات التربية لمواجهة أهم المتغيرات المجتمعية الراهنة.
واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي في مسح وتحليل المفاهيم والقضايا ذات الارتباط بتنمية القيم الاجتماعية لطلاب کليات التربية، وقام الباحث إعداد وتصميم استبانة متضمنة أهم القيم الاجتماعية المقترحة لطلاب کليات التربية، وبعد التأکد من صدق الاستبانة وثباتها طُبقت على عينة قوامها 463 من طلاب وطالبات کليات التربية بجامعات الأزهر والزقازيق وأسيوط، وأکدت نتائج البحث على الأهمية الکبيرة للقيم الاجتماعية المقترحة، حيث وقعت معظم بنود وعبارات الاستبانة ومحاورها الستة في نطاق الأهمية الکبيرة، وخلص البحث إلى تقديم مجموعة من المقترحات وکان من بينها: ضرورة تضمين المناهج الدراسية والمقررات التربوية في کليات التربية لقضايا المجتمع ومشکلاته، وتوفير المناخ التربوي الصحي لممارسة المناقشة الإيجابية لتلک القضايا في مناخ يسوده الحرية في طرح الأفکار والآراء، وممارسة النقد الإيجابي وتعميق مبادئ التسامح الفکري وقبول آراء الآخرين، والتوفيق بين الآراء المتعارضة، فضلًا عن أهمية إنشاء مراکز بحثية متخصصة داخل کليات التربية لبحث آليات تنمية وممارسة القيم الاجتماعية لمعلمي المستقبل، ورصد مظاهر الخروج عن قيم المجتمع وهويته الثقافية والدينية.

The faculties of education seek to preserve the elements of national character in the context of openness to the features of other cultures and civilizations, which may place more responsibilities on the faculties of education, which should be responsible for their responsibilities and consequences in providing students with knowledge, skills and social values that contribute significantly and actively in the development of personality Future teachers with a comprehensive, integrated and balanced methodology,By enriching the university learning environments by example and good model, and improving the real practices of social values ​​in various social situations through conscious university leadership behavior and the practices of faculty members, and recreational and social activities that can improve students' social communication abilities and actively participate in community development. And the practice of charitable work and voluntary work, which may contribute significantly to improve the practices of teachers of the future social, educational, teaching, development and extension and thus the quality of the educational process and atmosphere Life; The research aims at uncovering the most important social values that can be developed by the students of Faculties of Education to confront the most important current societal variables. The research adopted a descriptive approach in surveying and analyzing concepts and issues related to the development of social values for students of faculties of education.                                                  
The study was conducted on a sample of 463 students of the faculties of education at the universities of Al-Azhar, Zagazig and Assiut  , And the results of the research stressed the importance of the proposed social values, where most of the terms and expressions of the questionnaire and its six axes occurred in the area of great importance. The research concluded that a number of proposals were presented, including the need to include the educational curricula and curricula in the faculties of education, Health education to practice positive discussion of those issues in a climate of freedom of thought, And the importance of establishing specialized research centers within the faculties of education to discuss mechanisms for the development and practice of the social values of future teachers, and to monitor manifestations of deviation from the values of society and its cultural and religious identity.
