دور التطبيقات التقنية داخل المسکن الذکي لخدمة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة

هدفت الدراسة إلى إيجاد العلاقة بين متوسط درجات العينة في أبعاد التطبيقات التقنية داخل المسکن الذکي وأبعاد استبيان ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وإيجاد الفروق بين متوسط درجات العينة في أبعاد استبيان التطبيقات التقنية داخل المسکن الذکي وأبعاد استبيان ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وإيجاد أکثر المتغيرات تأثيراً على أبعاد استبيان التطبيقات التقنية داخل للمسکن الذکي مع متغيرات الدراسة، وإيجاد أکثر المتغيرات تأثيراً على أبعاد استبيان ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن ملاحظة انتشار عدد السکان في المملکة العربية السعودية من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، تلک الفئة التي من حقها أن يقدم لها المجتمع الرعاية الطبية والنفسية اللازمة والخدمات الثقافية، والترفيهية، والرياضية بما يتناسب مع نوع إعاقتهم داخل المسکن وجميع مرافقه وبين أقرانهم في المجتمع من خلال تجهيز المسکن بأسلوب ذکي عصري واستخدام بعض التطبيقات التقنيات في تسهيل مطالب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
کما أن عناصر البيئة التصميمية الداخلية المناسبة في المساکن الحديثة والمتوافقة مع نشاطات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وتلبيتها احتياجاتهم النفسية والسلوکية والجسدية من حيث تطويع الأسس العلمية للتصميم الداخلي واختيار الأثاث والتجهيزات التي ترتفع بقدرات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتزيد من تحقيق مستويات من الراحة والخصوصية والاستفادة القصوى بما يناسب طبيعة الإعاقة وتقلل من معاناتهم في محاولة إيجاد طرق تسهل الصعوبات التي يعاني منها  وتزيد من فرصة دمج ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة داخل أسرته ومع أفراد المجتمع.
The Role of Technical Applications Within the Smart home to Serve People with Special Needs
Abstract:
The study aimed to find the relationship between the average sample scores in the dimensions of the technical applications inside the smart home and the dimensions of the special needs questionnaire. The study revealed that the population of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has a special needs population, which is entitled to provide the community with the necessary medical and psychological care and cultural, recreational and sports services in accordance with the type of disability inside the house and all its facilities and among their peers in the community. During the processing of the dwelling in a smart and modern way and the use of some applications techniques in facilitating the demands of people with special needs
The elements of the interior design environment appropriate in modern housing and compatible with the activities of people with special needs and meet their psychological, behavioral and physical needs in terms of adapting the scientific foundations of interior design and the selection of furniture and equipment that increase the capabilities of people with special needs, and increase the achievement of levels of comfort and privacy and make the most appropriate to the nature Disability and reduce their suffering in trying to find ways to facilitate their difficulties and increase the opportunity to integrate people with special needs within his family and with members of the community.
