کفايات معلم القراءة في الصفوف الأولية في سنغافورة وإمکانية الاستفادة منها في المملکة العربية السعودية دراسة مقارنة

تسعى الدول المتقدمة إلى النهوض بالمعلم في عصر کثرة فيه الأعمال والمسؤوليات وتداخلت فيه الصلاحيات ومن هنا کانت هذه الدراسة التي تهدف إلى التعرف على أبرز کفايات معلم القراءة والإجابة عن التساؤل الرئيس :کيف يمکن تطوير کفايات معلم القراءة في الصفوف الأولية في المملکة العربية السعودية  في ضوء خبرة سنغافورة ؟ وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بمدخل جورج بيريداي وتم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج منها
1-  کفايات معلم القراءة في الصفوف الأولية يتم تدريبه عليها في المرکز الوطني السنغافوري للتدريب قبل إلتحاقه بالتعليم وتشمل الکفايات المعرفية والمهارية والوجدانية .
2-  معرفة المعلم لکفاياته التدريسية قبل تسلم المهام الوظيفية يجعل المعلم ملماً بالمطلوب منه تماماً وبذلک يرکز على المحتوى الإثرائي أکثر .
3-  يعتمد المعلم على المنهج الدراسي ويستفيد من الموارد المتاحة لديه المطبوعة أو الإلکترونية
4-  وضوح الرؤية للمعلم بالمطلوب منه يجعله متمکناً من مادته العلمية ومهاراته التدريسية .

Abstract
The aim of this study is to identify the most important competencies of the teacher of reading and to answer the main question: How can develop the competencies of the teacher of reading in the primary grades in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of experience Singapore ? The researcher used the descriptive approach with the entry of George Periday and several conclusions were reached
1-Qualifications of the teacher of reading in the primary grades are trained at the National Center of Singapore for training before joining the education and includes competencies knowledge, skills and emotional.
2-knowledge of the teacher's teaching competencies before receiving the functions of the job makes the teacher is fully aware of what is required and thus focuses on the content more enriching.
3-The teacher depends on the curriculum and benefit from the resources available to him printed or electronic
4-visibility of the teacher required to make him proficient scientific material and teaching skills .
